I cannot say enough good things about this place. We stayed 2 nights when we went to Fuji-Q. Staff was super friendly, the room is pretty spacious, clean and comfortable, the bath is big and nice, the little garden is cute, and the hotel shared spaces are also well maintained, and the location is great (even if car navigation gets a bit lost) and close to the station and the restaurants and shops there (but don’t skip the Okonomiyaki place just in front of the hotel), very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast basket was delicious as well with local ingredients and a good enough amount of items.

The mattress will need to be replaced soon. Restaurant 'Zoo' across the street (cash only) had excellent okonomiyaki and fried ice cream.

The staff was so nice and really cared about our needs. The location near the Bus and train station was great. The place has a very nice garden and is really well decorated. The room mixed japanese and occidental style and was very comfortable, with a nice small private garden where we could sit and have tea. Nothing

Staff super polite, room and hotel amazing. Breakfast was delicious as well, they fully attended my food restrictions. The hotel has also an amazing view to Mt Fuji and a garden full of beautiful flowers

It’s a beautiful resort with views of Mount Fuji. Facilities were very clean and we loved the bathroom with the mineral bath. We purchased the breakfasts for both mornings and were pleasantly surprised by the selections provided. Conveniently close to the train and bus station.

This is a very nice property. The room was very spacious and also came with the granite bathtub. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and accommodated all our requests. Their breakfast bento box was super delicious too. They also have a dedicated area for viewing Mount Fuji.

Very close to the train station. Every staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. The garden has a partial view of Mt Fuji. They maintain the properties very carefully. More hangers!

Spacious and very clean rooms. Bed is firm, but comfortable pillows. Extra pillows and amenities provided. The bath was large and really nice to have in the room. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and very kind. Great view of Mt. Fuji from the property. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had time to stay longer!

I had requested that my breakfast be brought when I get back after my tour which was 9 am. They agreed to this. However, when I asked for it to be brought at the same time the day after, I was told it's not possible and it can only be brought to the room from 7 to 8am. I requested this at the reception and the Japanese lady manager asked her colleague in a rather mocking and rude way where I was from. I found this to be intrusive, unnecessary and downright rude. Although they had their own safety reasons, it would be nice if the hotel adjusted to their guest's preferences rather than the other way around. Not everyone wants to wake up at 7 or 8am for breakfast. And this is practically an unheard of practice in hotels. Also, I had booked to stay in their hotel on my birthday and there was not a single greeting from any of them although they knew of this special occasion. A very far cry from the hospitality and kindness I have experienced in Japan as it is my 10th time to visit their beautiful country but my first time to stay in this hotel. Would I stay again? Most unlikely. Disliked · The Japanese lady manager should not ask intrusive questions regarding ones nationality.

Beautiful property and large rooms. Felt like being welcomed into your very own Japanese home. Every amenity you would need for a stay is provided. Lovely hosts. Easy walking distance to restaurants, convenience store and Main Street/bus terminal. Nothing- it was perfect!
