Great hostel, good facilities and amazing location. The room was comfy and cosy and the staff were very helpful and friendly, wish we’d stayed longer!

It's basically a home-stay where u can cook and have a communal dining. The view of the Mt Fuji is breathtaking. Difficulty to access a taxi or a cab but u can walk going to the station.

Located right next to the train station and a street full of local restaurants, owner gave lots of good recommendations upon arrival, microwave, toaster oven, fridge and free tea was great! Stayed in the king bed room very good size and private bathroom. Nice little table area outside too. You can hear the train all night if that bothers you but not bad

They keep it very clean. There are no private bathrooms or showers, but it’s not bad at all. We never had to wait for a shower or to use the bathroom. I also appreciated the receptionist for working hard to get me a private room since I did not know the dorms were mixed. Sleeping on a futon is not comfortable for me. Also, the dorms are mixed with men, women, and children, which was not advertised.

Very well cleaned and maintained. While it’s a bit older, it’s kept very well by staff. Nice, large main area with tables and couches to relax. Table against the window has great Fuji views during breakfast. Kitchen was large, well stocked. The staff were so kind and appreciated their help. Location is not bad - about 20 min walk from the station. Do not recommend trying to lug your suitcase through, very rocky and ruined the wheels of my suitcase. The pods felt a bit stuffy, would be nice if there was little fan to rent. Additionally, sleeping between the sheets (no fitted sheet, no comforter cover sheet) was a bit annoying and feels a bit unhygienic - at some point you’re going to be touching the comforter as was the person before you, and so on. Would be great if they had proper covers that were removed after each stay.

The accommodation was good and meet our expectations the location was good because we could see Mount Fuji. But I think the reception should have the taxi service available for the guests. We waited for 30minutes for uber or a taxi when we did checkout, and then we walked to the station with bags. due the distance of hotel the guest house could have some taxi agreements for guest transportation services.

Breathtaking Views: We specifically selected a room with a view of Mount Fuji, and it truly did not disappoint. Waking up to a direct view of the mountain was amazing. Great Facilities: It's a very decent hostel with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious, comfortable common area that is perfect for sitting and eating. Laundry: The paid washing machine was a huge plus—it actually dries the clothes completely! Comfortable Sleep: The futon beds were very comfy and provided a great night's rest. Poor Soundproofing: The walls are quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from outside or neighboring rooms. Lack of Hangers: We booked a room meant to fit 6 people, but there simply weren't enough hangers for our jackets and towels. By the way, towels are not provided for free, you'll need to rent it. Awkward Hanging Space: There is a small hanging cabinet right by the entrance door, but it is quite dark. It would be much more convenient if they provided a proper hanging area or hooks inside the actual room instead.

The accommodations were clean and organized. The location was very good, within walking distance of the station. The price was fantastic for the quality. I didn't spend too much time at the hostel, so I have no complaints.
