It took a little while to check in, and staff's english was not so good

Best views of Fuji. I was on the lower floors and could still see it perfectly! Room was super comfortable as well. Only downside is it's a little far from any stations.

We've got a free room upgrade and were able to have a stunning view of Mount Fuji, which was amazing!! The bathroom was a bit smelly, unfortunately, so I have to keep the fan on all the time.

Room was clean and comfortable and very large. Excellent view of Mt Fuji. Location was excellent for visiting surrounding places of interest.

The room had a fantastic view of Mount Fuji, and the room was very big and spacious and with all the amenities. The location is not the best, but it is not really far away from most of the places. It really takes you some time to get a cab to move around, and the hotel shuttle is not that regular.

Dinner restaurant No orange juice offered at breakfast. Breakfast pastries were deficient.. no lunch or cafe facilities.

The room was spotless and spacious, with a lovely Mt. Fuji view, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko Station. Enjoyed the authentic Japanese breakfast.

The hotel upgraded our room upon arrival to a higher floor and a bigger room which was really appreciated . All of the facilities were great, the onsen, the free shuttle, staff were welcoming and helpful. But the best part was the views of Fuji from our room. There’s nothing to block the view from the hotel to mountain Fuji. I also liked the location which was a short walking distance to many restaurants.

Breakfast buffet was good. Welcome dinner and second night dinner both were outstanding! Presentation and taste were excellent! All staff was outstanding! Nice property with wonderful views of Mt. Fuji.

Solid hotel, nothing too fancy, nothing terrible. Staff were excellent, amentires in room were great. Included ability to use Amazon, Netflix on TV which was a bonus. Bathroom a little tight. Shuttle to and from Kawa Station was easy and prompt. No gym.

Hotel charges for everything including bag storage. There’s also no way to control true temperature in the room

Shuttle was convenient to get into town. The dinner was amazing, and they were very accommodating of an allergy. The rooms were very spacious and was cleaned every night. It was very nice to wear the yukata around the property. We also played table tennis which was a fun night time activity. Coolish ice cream vending machine on site IYKYK!! Not a lot within walking distance at night.
