Love the Ryokan, toilet and the view

The amazing view of Mount Fuji through my window and the location, near of the bus station. I think the price and that breakfast is not available in the hotel.

Really liked the property location, within walking distance to many attractions and public transport. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The property facilities were very clean and spacious, plenty of showers and toilets, mini kitchen with hot water dispenser , comfortable dining/chill area on the top floor with a smoking area as well as smoking rooms. The check in was straight forward. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay to see mt. Fuji and to experience the japanese style for sleeping. Sometimes we experienced real noise from the other guests.

A lovely, authentic ryokan right next to Mount Fuji. I absolutely enjoyed staying here and can highly recommend it. The owner is very helpful with everything. The ryokan has a great view of Mount Fuji from the rooms. It is within walking distance from Kawaguchiko train station, which is very practical. Yet in a quiet location. The amenities were clean and comfortable. Many thanks!

Owner was very kind and helped us sort out our booking. Out room was very cozy and had an amazing view of Mt Fuji which we were lucky enough to see first thing in the morning g. The property was conveniently located just a short walk from both the train station and lake kawaguchiko.

In the room I could hear any person in the whole area, people fighting, walking in the middle of the night. the toilets rooms on the second floor looked more private but there were only dividers so anyone could hear anything. And on our second night my partner wanted to take a shower in the evening but there were no towels in the shared shower and there were no staff, then in the morning we waited till 11 am for staff to get towels.
