The accommodation was extremely dirty. It felt like the business was relying solely on its location rather than providing an acceptable level of service and cleanliness. The room appeared not to have been properly cleaned for a long time. The bed sheets were dirty and contained hair from previous guests, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable. Overall, my impression is that the accommodation is overpriced for the quality it provides. In short: expensive and dirty. The aircon was covered in moisture!!!

Just the location. Everything else about this place.

The hot spring bath. I was alone every time I went there. The place looks old and unkempt and it needs a little love and belongingness feels. Otherwise, its a traditional Japanese home and my friends and I had a good rest. I did not find the shower room so I always go to the spring bath. The blanket was dusty and the rest of the place (except the room) needs a little cleaning.

You can see Mt fuji from the room. The staffs are kind and Friendly. There is hot spring available in the first floor. It is great. The toilet can be more clean, but in general it was clean.
-
Excellent location for Mt Fuji viewing

Staff is very kind and place is only 20 min walk from the station. Place is surrounded with family restaurants and very near to the route bus Place is old and not cleaned enough

Very nice location, close to supermarket and a convenience store; nice scenery and good view from the room. The floor had stains on it, and the bathroom was dirty with bugs.

If you want a ‘trip back in time’, then, that is your place. It is a traditional house, with traditional (small) rooms with tatamis. The owners barely speak english but they do their best to make your stay confortable. 1 toilet for a lot of rooms.
-
Owner are nice but they don’t speak English at all, it’s difficult for foreigners. The bedding is not clean, with hairs on the comforter cover.
-
As this is traditional room, sleeping on the floor is not the most conformtable experience.
-
The ambience, the view and the grandma ?? The hygiene of the shared toilet

We did have a mt. Fuji view from our room. The host wanted cash in advance the second we got there, the place isn't clean, they don't speak English and don't reply to text on booking. There's one toilet for each gender which are connected from above and you can hear everything. About the room, we couldn't lock the big window so never felt safe about our belongings. And the window couldn't get sealed so there was plenty of bugs everywhere.

Good location and great view of Mount Fuji They could improve cleanliness as I woke up and found a cockroach in the floor where I slept. It shouldn’t be an issue, but I slept in a futon on the floor! Also amenities like water heater or restroom where a bit dirty

No sound proof. Visitors are talking loud at night no restrictions.

The sheets and quilts really need a wash. The quilt we had were not washed and had hair of other people, so while paying 60€ a night for that doesn’t really feel like a decent value.

First and most importantly, the view! We were lucky enough to get a room with full view of mount fuji, and the weather thankfully was clear. But not all rooms in this facility have the same view. The room was quite large and we could move around it freely even with the futon laid. It’s near (a few minutes walk) a big supermarket which was very convenient. It was located about 18 minutes walk from the station and there was no transit to help us reach it. We are able bodied, but walking far with luggage’s was still hard. The bedding didn’t feel clean. The ladies bath (indoor onsen) was also not clean. I felt like I needed to re-rinse myself after each shower. When we arrived we had to wait for a while until a staff member even noticed we were there. It was about 10 minutes of just standing with our stuff and then sitting on the steps.

There is not event a box of tissue in room, was shocked.
-
The location was perfect and it had an exceptional view of Mt. Fuji. You can see it from all around the house! The onsen was perfect and relaxing, and it was nice how they gave us the traditional robes for it. The tatami for sleeping was of course always nice Nothing at all! The place was great and i would definitely go back

Beautiful Japanese style "auberge" with onsen and view on Fuji San. A deep cleaning can offer a refresh to this beautiful place. Very adorable owners.
