All meal were perfect except one thing I love ? Japanese beef and the dinner beef ? just toooooo little for me Ha Ha Ha Nothing all perfect just little things I’d mentioned above
-
The architecture was stunning , our entire family was stunned by the beauty of our living quarters.

Location was great, staff very helpful, new appliances. All washing machine options in Japanese, the fan in bedroom was covered in dust, the ac unit remotes were all in Japanese no translation card. The unit was 30c when I arrived and and it took a few hours to cool down. Second floor has no handrails and steep.

It was truly an overall exceptional experience. The food, though extremely pricey, was like nothing else. The service was top notch. The attention to detail and creativity of the menu was impressive. Also, the room was extremely clean and well appointed and the layout was perfect. The private onsen was exquisite. I wish there had been more clarity about adding dinner. While exquisite, it’s not just dinner. It’s an experience. People should really know what they are choosing or missing out on.

The service was the highlight. The whole team was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our four-night stay. The food was excellent too. My friend doesn’t eat pork and I am vegetarian. The team handled our dietary needs really well at every meal, with a lot of thought going into each course. Our room was beautiful and peaceful, and the onsen was fantastic, exactly what you want after a day out around Fujikawaguchiko. I didn’t take any photos of the room itself. I was so relaxed and busy enjoying the facilities that I barely touched my phone. Nothing. The stay was excellent from start to finish.

Only the weather unfortunately we couldn’t see more fusion but has nothing to do with that

The rooms were excellent and the food even better! The chefs are truly artists. Nothing.

Location can be loud with outside traffic near by.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite which I thought was quite expensive and not a great value for the cost. It's possible this would have been a different experience in a standard room with a better value balance. The layout of the suite in relation to the rest of the property was not ideal – the private onsen area is directly adjacent to the main path entering the hotel, separated only by frosted glass, so anytime people are coming or going it can feel very intrusive. The pictures make it look secluded and private, but in reality you hear people walking by, talking, and luggage being hauled in and out. Not terrible, but not the most relaxing private serene experience we were expecting. It felt like the staff wanted to be attentive and hospitable, but it just wasn't landing. We stayed two nights, and we were told we had to clear out of our room from 11am-3pm for cleaning on our one full day there. When I asked whether that could be shortened to allow us time to enjoy our onsen experience (there is no communal pool/onsen or common area at the hotel apart from a small interior lounge with a coffee maker and some complimentary wine), they said no – all or nothing. So, we made it work with no cleaning at all. They were constantly asking about our plans coming and going (how long we would be in or out, where we came from and where we were going, etc), which I wanted to assume was earnest interest and/or in service of some backend planning, but they never seemed to act on any of the information given and it just ended up feeling needlessly interrogatory. They insisted on collecting our bags over an hour before we were set to depart which made the checkout experience feel rushed. Overall the service was just not on par with what you might expect from a property in this price tier.

The space was amazing. We loved the room, which featured a spacious living and bedroom area. The private onsen itself exceeded our expectations. The staff was truly amazing. I would absolutely return!!! I liked it all!!!

Truly exceptional stay. The staff went above and beyond, the food was amazing, and the room was lovely.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very accomodating!

Staff was greeting and accomodating. Our Yakari room was perfect. The proximity to the road/highway but once inside of Yumedono you forget where you are.
-
No views of Mt. Fuji within the hotel, but it was visible once you stepped off the property. My bed was a little hard, but my partner's was perfect.

Not much gardens or outdoor landscaping with plants on the property to sit and enjoy. Presidential suite outdoor area very barren of plants, sculptures, color etc. Busy intersection location

The staff was very friendly and the private onsen was very nice. The dinner and breakfast was delicious!

The experience of staying here was absolutely amazing. This is the best staff I have ever encountered, so inviting, helpful, and nice. The ryokan itself is outstanding. The room was beautiful, we loved the private onsen, stunning property, and great food. A really perfect experience. I will definitely include it in future trips to Japan. There was nothing I didn't like, it was all top notch. I had zero complaints.
