I can see mt fuji right from my room ( i chose the mountain view type). The room is big, the bed alo big. I also like their rooftop. They have tatami area also in the room. Simple but good breakfast. Friendly staff. Tv only support local channels ( no youtube / netflix), kinda far from station to walk although they provide free shuttle on certain times.

Absolutely fabulous hotel with a direct view of Mt Fuji (if you are lucky to see it)! Very clean property with great breakfast. Very clean rooms! Staff weren't friendly and some were getting annoyed for basic questions. Better training is needed. That said, the staff in the breakfast area were awesome! Attentive polite and quick service. Great job!

We loved our half watermelon room and it was so big! Clean and comfy and bright. Very kind staff, arranged an early ride for us the morning of departure (early) when no taxis were running. Such a perfect end to our Japan adventure

Very nice property with excellent views of Mt Fuji! Staff were polite and helpful though a couple were a lil frazzled with a big group checking in at the same time. No complaints at all. Free shuttle to/from the hotel to the station. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very spacious and clean! Water pressure in the shower was great! Loved the very cute decor throughout the hotel. Location wise, it’s perfect - 8 min drive to the station and 15 walk to the Lake. Excellent choice when you are next in town in Lake Kawaguchiko area

Wonderful staff especially Lola but really everyone was friendly and helpful. Close to the lake and the view from my room lovely - I did have to go up 2 short fights for the roof and was treated to a partial view of Fuji as well as the duty surrounding me. No complaints about the hotel itself. Unfortunately the price dropped after I booked but booking doesn’t refund - but that’s not the fault of the property.

The views from the room are amazing. We got a great Japanese style breakfast too. Very large room with basic facilities. Ideal for a 1 day break.

The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. I didn’t like that the room was not cleaned during our stay, and we were not informed about it in advance — we only discovered it ourselves. Unfortunately, some trash accumulated during the stay, which was not very pleasant. Personally, I also found the bed uncomfortable, although the mattress type may be comfortable for other guests

The spacious room and the mountain view was great. Breakfast is overrated. It said on the website "a good breakfast". However, you had a choice of Japanese breakfast or a sandwich. That's it. We chose for the Japanese variety. Tasted of the items was good, but it was hardly enough.

Beautiful views from room and rooftop!

I love the mountain view from the window and the rooftop. The location is really amazing, perfect to view Mount Fuji. The room was clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was nice. The bathroom is a bit small, but it's clean and functional. Would be good to have a microwave and some plates in the room to heat up food.

Loved the electric bikes for going around the lake.

But above all... The view. The view is breathtaking. Only downside: not clear from. Booking which are the rooms that look like an igloo.

Rooftop was great, we were unlucky with the day of our stay as it was cloudy, but we had the chance to see Mt Fuji in the morning with less crowds. Free breakfast was delicious and we had the choice to pick Japanese style or western style. Bathroom was a little echoey and loud, there was also a weird smell, but still great otherwise

Very close to the train and bus station. Close to Lawson for that iconic Instagram photo of Mount Fuji.

Outstanding location for the view of Fuji. The walk to lake attractions and restaurants is pleasant and scenic. No full time restaurant on the property. There is, however, an excellent restaurant associated with the hotel property, and we were graciously taken there by staff for dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant.
