The staff were very warm.and welcoming. The little extras were great! We loved the breakfast buffet and the dinners every night.

The staff, food and pet friendly nature of this property made it a great stay!

Food was great- I have seen some reviews that said the opposite, and I am a picky eater! Lots of breakfast choices and I enjoyed the dinners. Convenient to public transport- 15 minute walk from bus or Tram, and shuttle to ski area is convenient. It is further from Innsbruck than I realized, but so beautiful. Pool and spa were lovely too. I had to leave very early on the morning of my checkout (before the desk was open) and I had a hard time getting out of the hotel (all doors locked, no key or direction to exit). Almost missed my bus! The error was mine- I should have checked out the night before- thankful for the goodwill shown to me by the staff here!

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and dinner, plus a tea time "Jause" in the afternoon. Decent swimming pool (mostly for families with kids) and sauna (for adults). Good ski locker room and shuttle service to the Schlick skiing facilities. Quite location with a view over the valley and 5-10 minutes walk to the village center.

The sauna is next level. You can swim in a pond. You can take a gondola into the alps and paraglide down. If you don't love this place you've lost all hope. Maybe the best hotel I've ever been in - and not too expensive Nothing. Everything was great

Great location, perfect shuttle service to Schlick 2000, good facilities, great service and food and drinks. It was our second time here. If coming back to Schlick 2000 than we will definitely come back to this hotel. I would highly recomment it! Nothing

Nice mountain hotel, well maintained with all needed facilities for a comfortable family stay. We stayed with a family of four and a dog, the room was large and comfortable, breakfast and dinner was sufficient to fit everyone’s taste. Great that there are plenty of activities to keep the kids busy.

Great location, really friendly staff special thanks to Žaneta, she was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, always smiling. Plenty of choice for food. We had a mountain view room with a balcony, the view was stunning and worth every penny although the room was a bit small for 3 people, not much room to move. Spa facilities were also great but only if not many people using the facilities as it's smaller than it looks on the photos. Would definitely recommend Downside was that the hotel and the room was really warm, way too hot , we couldn't regulate heating ourselves, we stayed in February and it was cold outside but would still appreciate it if we could turn the heating down in the room. There were no facilities in the room so no coffee machine or fridge which would have been really nice and would top this experience

I cannot thank this hotel enough to what they have done during our stay. The staff is extremely kind and they are well prepared and get used to little guests. My son has allergy to milk and the trip was meant to celebrate his birthday. We were not sure what to expect but the service to us and especially to the non-dairy meals were extraordinary (below pictures)! Every day they made a special dessert on dinner time to my son, totally different from the menu and made sure they were delicious. On the last day, the day of his birthday, we ordered a chocolate cake and I brought some decoration and ask them to place in the cake. They once more excel in their service! Even though I did not tell them to put in the cake special fruits, they notice that every day my son went for our raspberries and fulfill the cake with lots of them, not to mention, they decorated our table. So so kind! Despite the food, the shuttle service was also great. There is some slot of time that the shuttle does not work ( 11:00-15:00) but if you book in advance for extra 10 € and the driver is available, they get you there. Pool and playground area was also very nice. In summary, I would say this is the best hotel I have stayed with my kids so far! We are definitely coming back again as the region is also very good for skiing and the big ski school (stubai tirol) is also very nice! Nothing

Clean, tidy & comfortable

the penthouse was very spacious. the whole hotel was lacked of maintenance. The variety of food was very limited and the quality was soso.
