There is no refrigerator in the room. Old furniture, does not correspond to the level of 4 stars. Old carpet, from which we sneezed all 2 days. Cookies and cakes for breakfast and lunch were not fresh. We ordered Christmas dinner a day in advance. We came to Christmas dinner at the appointed time, waited for dinner with a small child (1 year and 7 months) for 2 hours. The child began to fall asleep in a chair, we asked the waitress to bring food to the room, since this service is available at the hotel. But the administrator Krisz forbade the waitress to bring food to our room. As a result, on Christmas Eve, we went to bed hungry. In the morning, since the mood and Christmas Eve were spoiled, we decided to go home early. We came to the reception. The administrator Krisz was there. When we asked why you were leaving and how he could help us, we explained to him the situation, which he already knew about. In response, we did not even receive an apology, but heard that you are not at home. Although the hotel writes everywhere "With us you will feel at home". We do not recommend this hotel, especially for a holiday with children. There are no 4-star amenities. The price is many times overpriced and does not correspond to the quality of the services provided.

We are very satisfied with servis.We like our waitresses Patricia and Jana. The cousine was delicious,the room clean and the wellness without childern excellent.Thank you for beautiful Christmas time.

The hotel Alphof was a great hotel! The room was very clean, the food was great. The best part about the hotel was its staff, who were incredible. Every question we asked was answered with a smile and a solution that exceeded our expectations. The Stubai super Card is a great asset to this hotel, we have made great use of it.

Absolutely perfect accommodation and service. Excellent five-course dinner. For breakfast buffet with a rich selection of sweet and savoury breakfast. Fruit and vegetable salads for both. The staff was very accommodating, kind and helpful. The spa was beautiful and quiet. Location in a quiet part of the town. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The room was very comfortable, the food was excellent, and the spa was refreshing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. It was very easy to get around the area by bus and the bus stops were convenient to the hotel.

Room was spacious, clean und full of natural light. Like the design of wooden furniture. The best part is definitely its balcony overlooking the whole snowy mountain. We stayed there during New Years eve and surprisingly enjoyed watching the amazing fireworks there. Breakfast offers good selection of bread, salads, cereal, cheese and meat. In Addition to boiled egg, you can choose from scrambled egg and sunny side up. Half board meals are beyond our imagination: 3 main courses to choose from, in addition to 2 Vorspeisen and dessert. Great volume indeed. There are special menu for Christmas Eve with beautiful deco. Live music is offered on New Years Eve too. Friendly staff. Nice vibe. Had great vacation there. Will be nice to have electric kettle in the room.

Exceptionally nice people at front desk during check-in and check-out. They provided activity suggestions for me and directions on how to get around. My room was perfect. It was spacious, comfortable , and very clean. excellent hotel restaurant. No dislikes.

Very nice staff, comfortable room and bed and good food I paid for the bus and the lift because they only gave me the Stubai card the last day of my stay. Not only should it have been handed on the day of my arrival but they have been interacting with me every morning and evening for breakfast and dinner. Is it really expected that i check at the reception everyday?
