This is a grand hotel. The car parking was by valet only, and that restricted access to our personal vehicle. The parking attendants were super.

Staff was very helpful. The shuttle service to hospital facilities was great. They offer special rates for patients, or seeing patients, at Shands. Restaurant has a limited menu but it was all tasty and well cooked. Very good bar.
