A terrible property for the price.

This hotel is older and very worn. The rooms are okay but everything is old. AC unit kept shutting off for extended periods.

Rooms were dirty, refrigerator didn’t work and smelled horrible, curtains were tattered, AC didn’t work and room felt like a sauna, toilet didn’t flush, bathtub horribly chipped and it had roaches. Had to check out and find other lodgings. Worst experience of my life.

Friendly staff Rooms should have been updated 20 years ago

The place was disgusting. The bathroom counter was broken, and you can see the particle board. The room was old and outdated. I paid almost $200 for one night and it was a complete waste of money. They should have charged over $20 for this nasty place.

The staff gave us the refund we asked for Upon Our cancellation after we arrived Not anything like it was advertised. Definitely not a three-star hotel. It had cockroaches in the bathtub. We insisted on a refund at midnight 5 minutes after we walked into the room and went to another hotel.

Thankfully, the bed sheets were clean and in good condition. I am not trying to put the place down or unfairly criticize it. I am simply describing exactly what my son and I experienced and how we felt about the condition of the room.

I had to move out of the hotel as the staff couldn’t open the door with the keys multiple times. I had no option other than to move out with stepping into the room. The staff was unapologetic and told me that he is not responsible for the mess Very very bad experience with the facilities staff and foul smelling lobby

There is no WiFi, there is no gym, the pool is off limits. It is a barely functional place.

They charge an extra $100 deposit. That they do not return. The homeless at the 3dage of the parking lot. The drugs and smell of pot smoke coming from the rooms. People in room behind bus sounded like they were going to come through the wall

The breakfast was very good Our rooms we got pretty much tucked and was let down.this a corporate franchise very disappointed. Room 109 tv didn't work that good at all.the fridge didn't work and they were told immediately with nothing done so had to go get ice there machine didn't work had to buy not cool peroid.toliet seat was so los3 didn't get fixed at all.and the 2nd room the toilet hard to flush and 1 tv remote didn't work at all.....and the biggest is had to pay a 100 deposit which I think I hadn't had to ..a new price..not cool I paid 2 weeks a head of time ..Lucky I brought extra credit card cause if I didn't have that idea been screwed...once you pay through booking .com you hadn't have a new bill for this a surprise ..not cool at all.and I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my deposit back dame sure not cool.you take money right then you sold give my money back on deposit right then when you checknout.i shldnt have to wait for my own money like that.very very disappointed with this corporate of Windham group..very very slumm place not happy at all with all of this

Nothing the pool was closed It’s 100 degrees outside and no pool but smoking smells in and out of the rooms dogs barking kids yelling and screaming

The hotel was not well maintained and roof was leaking and ac was not working

Fridge not cold Toilet clogged up back up through the tub

This day was excellent. I’ll probably be staying there in the near future. Thank you.

We stay every time we go to Cleveland. Dependable clean rooms! Love the staff and the area! Dog friendly and very welcoming

Booking.com suck and I'll never use it again
