Comfortable Air conditioning noise

The front desk staff in the lobby were very friendly when we arrived. They welcomed us warmly and made us feel very comfortable. The bathroom in the room was very small and difficult to use. The bathtub and sink were not in good condition, and the water did not drain properly. Every time we used them, the water would drain very slowly and start to fill up, which made the bathroom feel unhygienic. The towels also did not feel like 100% cotton, and the texture felt uncomfortable against the skin. I also wish we had been informed in advance that housekeeping had to be requested. We were surprised to find that our room had not been cleaned.

First room did not have a functioning shower. Second room had dirty sheets in one of the beds. The roof in the bathroom was falling. The sink cracked down the middle. There was dust everywhere. The cherry on top was waking up to a roach crawling on us in the bed. The only positive thing I can say is that the AC was nice and cold! This place is a terrible dump. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Stay away!

The location was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue was a/c was loud and the bathroom drain was in need adjustment. They were very accomodating and moved us to another room immediately.

Property was clean and pool was nicely maintained m. Bathroom door was hard to close. Recommend maintenance staff go in each room and do a function check of doors, drawers and anything that customers would need to open and close. Maintenance staff should do these function checks regularly to ensure proper maintenance.

The breakfast was not what we expected

The smell of dampness (and dust mites) - right there in the reception area - made me prefer to forfeit the cost of the reservation (since it could no longer be canceled) rather than stay at the hotel with my family. I don’t recommend it. It’s like a scam.

The room was full of water. The clothes in our room was wet. Had to hang them outside to get them dry. Told the manager and he said he would check it but never did. Will not stay at a Quality Inn again. Went for a graduation and was very disappointed
