Mould on carpet and sofa was not good
-
Comfortable room and amazing breakfast
-
There was a funky smell, maybe originating from another room since there was central air. It was really strong and the best way to describe it was really really pungent food from an exotic restaurant.
-
Quiet clean rooms... staff was helpful, gym room and complimentary breakfast was a plus

Good experience -with this hotel
-
The cleanliness and orderly fashion shows how much the staff cares and takes pride in where they work.

The outside area was absolutely disgusting. There was a limousine from there's broken down in the parking lot that looked like it has been there for decades. The mobile home park had open accessibility to the property. It smelled liked sewer outside the building and in the room. Parts of the place was bored up with wood. The shower handle was so hard to turn I couldn't do it, my husband had to. The carpet looked old dingy and smelled as well.

Location Did not look like a safe location
-
Entirely too hot and no way to cool down.
-
Breakfast was basically none existent
-
Kinda creepy, weird art all over the lobby. The lobby is huge, nobody in sight. Check in took forever. Didn't hear a noise all night, kinda unsettling.

They heard my request and delivered.

This was the stinkiest hotel I ever stayed at. Decades of renovations have not kept up this property. The bed sheets were clean and bed was comfortable, but breakfast is powdered eggs, broken toaster. Thin walls and discourteous travelers kept me up all night. The metal art statues in their lobby are worth a visit to the hotel just to see. But stay elsewhere.

Will stay next time!

DO NOT STAY HERE
-
Good thing is I don’t have to use either again.

This hotel is not only a great value, but a cultural find. The huge lobby is filled with beautifully made sculptures. The Howard Johnsons of our parents and grandparents is not around anymore, but the owner and team of this property have made a genuine attempt to bring back this large but aging building. Many of the rooms have been fully remodeled and feature every modern amenity. You will not find a better budget hotel in the area.

To bad the pool and bar is not open

Refrigerator was difficult to open due to the large metal tray it sat in. Door had many gaps and appeared to have under gone through several repairs. This did not leave me with a sense of security.
