The room was clean but the A/c was on the fritz it would either be extremely cold or extremely hot. The facilities were overall clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. They had a wide selection of food for the kids and everything in the food section was clean.

Everything was amazing

I can not complain at all, every thing was nice, from the comfort of the room to the wonderful breakfast, staff was awesome. We enjoyed the view of the balcony, being able to sit out and just enjoy watching the people at the beach and those passing by, the location was perfect, everything was right on the seawall, Walmart, eating places, entertainment, we could not have stayed at a better suite. Thank you for making it memorable.

Out stay was great. Hotel is was very clean and rooms are great size! The only negative if any, was the kids running in the halls until very late but that was not a hotel thing.

Everything was nice but I was supposed to get a ocean view and an extra bedroom and when I arrived I got neither of those and still paid the same amount.

Nothing Staff are so rude and not helpful at all. AC in our room was not working and the room smells awful. The room was not clean with stains and a bad smell on the bed sheets. The pool is so small and not clean

I like the location, the food & drink selection for b'fast, the staff, cleanliness of the room. I like the lay out of the hotel I was able to take the stairs to and from my room which was a place. It was very visible the building was aged but all the other things that I did like made up for it.

It was amazing. I got to say this was the first hotel experience who I had nothing there I could complain about very affordable upgrading me to a balcony beachfront view to watch the firework show for no extra charge amazing staff.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The one night stay was very good So good I want the same room when I return to Galveston. All staff were very courteous and professional from the front desk to dining and janitorial staff. Someone knows how to manage a hotel.

The room was very clean, good breakfast and friendly staff.
