Definitely would return on next visit to Galveston...customer centric staff...clean facilities...favorable breakfast options..pet friendly ..great proximity to the beach

The hotel is not well maintained. It is rundown. The pool is dangerous because of a very rough pool surface. The noise of the Main Street is endless and never ends. The front desk staff were horrible. They did not treat you as a guest in any way! The room was just okay. It was clean. We will never stay there again.

We were able to bring our pup with us on this vacation, thanks to Tru. Everyone was so kind and welcoming to her. The room was clean and the pet-friendly outdoor area was very appreciated.

Love coming here, the view of the balcony is worth it. The staff is very friendly with any need that you may have

Hidden face No handicap accessible

Our stay was great as usual. Room was clean but a little on the strong side with the cleaning solution. I love the balcony facing the ocean.

Hallways and elevators must not have been air conditioned, because they were very hot. 16oz bottle drinks were $4.00 each. Not worth what they charge per night.

Room was decent size, clean, and air conditioner worked well. No issue with noise Not a fan of the parking lot gate not being used, this allows people to pull into the parking lot to sleep in there vehicle. We were surprised when we took our dog out at 4:30 in the morning to find someone asleep in there vehicle next to where we had to take the dog to potty. After seeing this we noticed several other vehicles sitting just running. Had to ask for an ice bucket, it wasn’t provided in the room.

Everything was great—the cleanliness, food, and amenities were excellent. However, the beds were too soft and didn’t provide enough support for my liking

I loved everything about the hotel the staff was very nice and will return the balcony was nice room was clean breakfast was very good.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. I really enjoyed that there was a hot breakfast and also having an ocean view balcony was great to listen to the waves.

Great location across from the beach and great breakfast. Downside is lots of families with children running wild and very loud.
