Great room and view. Awesome experience

The air conditioning on the balcony dripped and leaked into the room leaving the carpet wet. I made the staff aware of our concerns, not in an unfriendly way, just stating the facts. They said they would note the concern and that was it. We love this hotel for location, vibe and scenery. We hope to visit again but maybe give it time for updates.

The front desk staff did their job, but we're not upbeat, welcoming, or pleasant. They gave no information about breakfast , elevator, or any of hotel amenities. For the price, I definitely expected more! I would not stay again unless there was an upgrade to the facility. Too many other options nearby to "settle" on this one.

Everything was excellent. The only issue was the ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Other than that, it was well worth it.

I had an amazing time during my trip. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were clean we had everything we needed. The pool area is so beautiful. We even saw bears!!! The only complaint I have. There wasn't microwave in the room, so we brought our own.

staff was wonderful

I liked the view from the balcony, the swimming pool, and the location of the Hotel. I didn't like the water leaking in the balcony, it was hard for us to enjoy the view from there.

We checked in and went to our room where we found ripped carpet right in front of the bathroom, that could be a tripping hazard, there was hair in the shower and bathroom sink and the air conditioner was set on the coldest setting and the room was pretty warm. I just think with the money a person pays to stay there that at least the bathroom would be clean? The views are superb and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed there after we got married 15 years earlier and I didn't remember it being anything but nice. I was kinda disappointed.

Also had about a half inch of water on our balcony and couldn’t stand out there. As wonderful as it is with the views and Amazing pool will probably book elsewhere next time. The room not getting cool enough to function was a huge problem. Just wish the staff was as quick to help as they use to be.

No chairs on the balconies, but a standing pool of stagnant water which was disappointing. Not walkable into town which would have been nice. Staff were very friendly (especially at the firefly bar/restaurant).

The room was relatively clean, the beds were comfortable and freshly made but the floors didn't seem vacuumed. I found some old popcorn under the desk. The furniture was a little old and scraped up and needed two be dusted but the bathroom was really nice. The amenities themselves were nice. The building and the area around it was super clean and the lobby was nice . Having the bar and the restaurants in the lobby was really nice and convenient. The breakfast was good. It was a little weird though, I ordered the same thing two days in a row and they were different. Could have been different chefs but on the first day I got three pancakes with a cup of whipped cream, a cup of strawberries and a cup of syrup and on the second day I got two pancakes with no whip cream and no strawberries. Our server the second day wasn't very friendly but our server the first day, Sindi, was super friendly and very efficient. Overall it was a decent stay. It was very convenient to everything and the Mountain View was spectacular. Just a note for anyone reading this a lot of people were talking about the Bears and how they thought they would attack them. I don't think they will, just stay away from them and lock your car doors. And do yourself a favor don't eat outside at the restaurants.
