aesthetically pleasing vibe, clean room and nice staffs. free parking space (need to validate first with the hotel to exit) and can walk to places nearby. sandwich from the cafe below tasted good too! the shower curtain and pillows smell abit. and idk why but the room somehow felt damp? the fridge is outside the room so abit inconvenient to store food. it's ok to stay one time for aesthetic, but personally will not repeat and not rly recommend to those who want long stays

IT HAD A COOL VIBE AND IN A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD. THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE VERY COMFY AND THE FILTERED WATER COOLER WAS A PLUS!

Great location and the friendly cats that welcome you in the lobby area. I enjoyed the raw concrete aesthetic and design. Quite a contrast to other building styles. Even the rooms carried forward the same design feel as when you first walk into the lobby. There is a rooster next door but he is doing his job every morning.

The hotel has a convenient, central location in Georgetown that’s within walking distance of most attractions. It’s housed in an aesthetically-pleasing, industrial-style building that, in keeping with the rest of the city, is a revamped older building. Staff is friendly and there’s a good cafe, restaurant, and bar on the premises. The hot water temperature and water pressure in the shower were iffy at best. Noise due to the bar, road traffic, and the building’s design can be an issue if you are light sleeper.

The design of the hotel was beautiful, very Japanese zen like. I loved the industrial minimalist look of the room. The hotel provided all the necessary toiletries and they even had free snacks and a water machine on each floor. The food at the restaurant (can't remember the name) was a little pricey but DELICIOUS. I also liked the sandwich cafe on the first floor. The hotel is pretty centrally located and it was easy to reach some popular tourist spots that were within walking distance. I wish the sandwich cafe would've stayed open until 5 or 6.

Hip hotel in a hip area of Penang. We really liked the complementary snacks and the cocktails at the listening bar. The hotel is walking distance to the old town and there are many restaurants and cafe just outside the hotel (other than the in-house cafe, restaurant, and bar). We would have liked the option to have breakfast on site, but when we stayed the cafe opened a bit late, at 9:30am. It'd be perfect if the hotel adds a pool.

Very hip and comfortable gem in Penang. Clean room, good location and staff was accomodating. Not a hard negative, but couldnt get used to the placement of hangers located along the wall. Didn’t like the idea of my clothes resting and brushing against the wall.

Love the aesthetic of the property. I like that it has a cafe at the ground floor. Enjoyed the free goodies that you can grab upon exiting the elevator. None that I can think of.

Excellent location in the heart of Georgetown. Within walking distance to all the major Georgetown food places and heritage zones. The staff are all enthusiastic and friendly. Place has a great vibe.

location is perfect, especially for coffee lovers. there's two very good coffee places within 5 mins walking distance as well as other food options around the area. soundproofing can be better at the room door; i was able to hear sounds from the corridor throughout most nights.
