The room is not soundproof. You can hear people walking in the corridor.Need to upgrade toiletries also.

Staff was friendly, it was clean, laundry place next door. The bed was awful. Its 2 twins together so someone's going to end up falling into the gap. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The ironing board is terrible. They can invest a few ringgit and get a new padded cover for the ironing table. It leaves ur clothes with odd marks because of the metal poking thru

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and bars. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy using the self-service machine. Nothing. All good for the price

The table is too small. Ventilation is beyond average. The room become very warm hen we return to hotel at night. It took about 30 minutes for the split AC to cool down the room

The location within the city is easy to get to the meeting place and close to famous dinner spots

Good location and a very short walking to train station and shopping mall. The air conditioner has not been cleaned for long time and the air filters were blocked by dust and others. It should be cleaned at least once per year otherwise even it’s turned into 16C the room temperature will be higher. I had to clean the filter by myself because the room was too hot.
