Good location, convenient for car pickup . Facilities are old, refrigerator not working , air conditioner difficult to adjust to the temperature preferred. It is noisy when the fan is switched on. It took few times to get the safe to work properly.

We had a good stay at Jazz hotel. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was good with alot of variety. The rooms were clean, big and well decorated Nothing. It was perfect for my stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful and very comfortable bed. The pool, on the rooftop was excellent outdoor area to enjoy. The room was not 4 star, the lino boards had many gaps that needed repair and quite a few areas needed touch up painting. One of the lifts was unserviceable for the duration of our stay. My expectations were raised based on the 4 star rating.

The hotel is clean and nice, good location and many shops nearby. Easy access to anywhere. Spacious rooms and clean toilets. Bell boys are helpful and polite. They should provide better quality towels and the sink tap should change to a better design. It's too short, It wets the top of the sink. The tissue box on top of the sink gets wet. Parking is at 6 to 7 floors but it's okay as it's spacious to drive up and not narrow.

Comfy stay, spacious rooms, suited for a business traveller as it has a big study desk. Each rooms has a bathtub and separate shower area. Great!

The car park is too high, i can only park at 7th floor, yet, you need to turn 2 rounds to get to one floor.. so.. equal to 14th floor in total

The location was not very ideal if you are in Penang for lesser days. Not too far but not walkable - will need to use grab or something to reach to touristy places.

I hope they clean the swimming pool, because there is a lot of moss and the ceramic bottom of the swimming pool is also mossy

The supporting staffs are so helpful and friendly. We also had a good sea-view suite. Because of the single-glazed windows, we will expect high volume of traffic during every early morning.

Could not find any English TV channels and the one news channel we wanted to watch could barely be heard - the volume control was pre set to barely audible. That's very disappointing. Reception sent someone to check it, but it was unchanged when we got back to the room

Room was great Gym was tiny, had to ask staff just to turn the AC on. Room service was very average, most of the dishes we would order weren't available. House keeping times were all over the place. They knocked on our door anywhere from 9:30am to 5pm to clean our room.
