Good amenities (free coffee, water dispenser, cool air conditioning). Bathroom exhaust was making loud clanking noises - probably needs some servicing.

Hotel with a good location, unfortunately when entering the room the sheets and the towel were stained, in the evening while sleeping I felt itching all over my body, the next day I asked to change ,They have been changed Fortunately, for the rest I can't complain.

Great location, close distance to shops and restaurants. Drinking water provided and good value for a few nights to stay. WiFi signal was very weak. Our room window was in front of a restaurant opened till 4:00 am and it was very loud.

The location is excellent, many good restaurants nearby and easy to get around to old town & other attractions. Hotel staff were friendly and do daily cleaning on request. The room is definitely older than the pictures show, a bit run-down feeling but the hotel room is relatively clean.

Bedroom clean. TV limited channel, need more English channel n news channel. TV not clear for viewing. Always no signal.

The staff are friendly and really helpful, answered all our enquiries. We lost our keycard, and the replacement process was really fast and easy.
