Parking is convenient. Prefers small density crowd in The Leith as compared to hotels and airbnbs. Easy to checkout and entering the room. The bathroom is a bit small, although it is a nice bathroom.

Its location is very good. A busy food court is just in front, lots of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. UN Heritage sight or Armenian Street, Pubs - all are withing walking distance. Air Condition should be better compare to the room size. It takes time to cool the room during hot weather.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed, sofa, and a working space. The location is excellent with many attractions within walking distance. There are some cafes and hawkers around; it is easy to find food. The hotel didn't provide breakfast or room service since the restaurant on renovation. The small elevator without an air conditioner feels safer to use the staircase instead. They don't change the bath mat regularly. The hotel is located in a hot, open area, so it would be better if they planted vegetation to reduce heat in the parking lot. Loud music until late at night from the hawker across the street.

The location, the cleanliness, the beds, the desk in the room. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. There are no electrical outlets in the bathroom to charge a toothbrush or an electric razor and none to plug in a sleep apnea machine by the nighttables. We requested a power bar which they provided on day 2. There was very loud music from the REd Garden acroos the street. It is a nice place but the music lasts til 12 midnight. The rooms on that side of the hotel should be soundproofed better! On the last morning there was noone at reception. A sign said back in five minutes. Noone showed up for more than 35 minutes . We needed a taxi to be called. Finally a cleaning lady arrived and called us one with her own phone. It was lovely of her. I think the person at reception was being irresponsible. Not the fault of the rest of the staff of course.

The value of amount of money paid for the hotel was not reflected in the quality of the room. Understandably, the location and timing of the stay affected the cost of the room. However, I dont plan to come back.

It was an adequate facility. The location is across from the Red Garden, which offers food stalls and music, dancing and singing until midnight. It was loud, but it didn't bother us. The hotel was running on autopilot. No information on how to access the internet. They did not clean our room after our first night. I had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels and replacements for instant coffee. The shower was small and the beds were short-maybe only 6ft. Breakfast was offered by an outside vendor, but it was closed after the first day with no notice.

Unfortunately,I have nothing positive to say other than it’s strategic Location. From the moment I checked in and out , it’s hello and bye! This hotel lacks Smile,Greet and Friendliness. Every staff member looks at you as if you’re a Ghost. Very Unwelcoming! Hotel. Room amenities were decent, good hot water pressure and good size room. But the mattress length is small. If you’re tall your legs will be dangling out. Very odd size mattress! Lots of music from across the street but personally it OK, they stop at Midnight.

The location was absolutely good. Loved the cleanliness in the entire hotel. Staff was quite good. Breakfast was okay-ish, didn't like it really. Besides bed was comfy and the overall experience was value to money! Breakfast could've been a little better as there were not too many options in it. Besides that all felt value to money and location-wise it was wonderful. I'd prefer to stay here rather than paying 100 MYR to a local hotel and/or sharing beds etc.
