The Palm Suite @Lava Mansion

Overall I really love this place. The room was so spacious and parking is just in front of your room. Bed was nice, plenty of pillow. Plenty of space for luggage and kids can run around the room. Toilet is big and got like a tub to use. Receptionist allow us to check in 1hr earlier maybe coz it was weekdays so not full house. I've been recommending this place to everyone. The only problem was the water heater wasn't that hot no matter how we turn it. Even we waited longer it still doesn't get hot. It's more like luke warm or hot a while and then gone. And also for our room the toilet seat bidet got leaking, so the floor is a bit wet most of time. That's the minus point. Parking during dinner time especially weekend may be full because there's another building that is a restaurant. So it can be full house until the restaurant close then you will be able to get your parking again.

Excellent facilities Overall I like??

The location was great, not too in the centre, but not too far. The check-in/check-out was smooth and quick. Room was very spacious and comfortable for the three of us

The location is fantastic — right next to the beach with a private access gate and dedicated car park, which made everything very convenient and relaxing. The property itself is stylish and modern. We booked the 2-bedroom suite and really liked the layout, especially the spacious design and the large bathroom, which was very comfortable for our family stay. However, we did face an issue during check-in when our booking was reassigned to a standard 1-room unit with two beds. This didn’t work for us as we were travelling with an elderly mum and specifically needed the extra space. It took some tense and stressful negotiation before it was eventually sorted out and we got the correct unit. Thankfully, things worked out in the end, but the process could have been smoother.

Nothing rude staff especially the manager ( Naza) My stay at Palm Lava Mansion was extremely disappointing, mainly because of the rude and unprofessional behavior of the manager, Nazz, who told me that if I had a problem, I should leave and ask Booking.com for a refund, instead of offering any help. When I asked about the hotel rating, she said they are only a 3-star hotel, even though Booking.com lists them as 4 stars, which is misleading. There was no staff to assist with luggage, and the rooms were unsuitable for elderly guests with mobility issues. Basic amenities like extra blankets were not available, and the environment lacked privacy with dim lighting and mosquitoes coming from the bathroom. This experience was unacceptable and deserves immediate attention from both hotel management and Booking.com.
