- Great location - So much space - Comfortable beds - Even though staff are at their other establishment, they were prompt via WhatsApp. - No washing machine (apparently getting fixed). - some road noise from the master bedroom.

Location and space. Prompt response from staff for any issues. My unit 4B has plumbing issues n we were moved to unit 10b which was great. I had highlighted the plumbing issue when i last stayed there in January 2025. Surprised that it was not resolved! It could be a makor problem but could easily be resolved with proper attention by the right people None

There was no on-site luggage storage facility at this hotel as we arrived earlier than the check-in time. However, they do offer luggage storage facility at another one of their hotels which is about a few hundred meters away.

Spacious, great location near many good food, helpful staff We must text them 15 minutes in advance if we need to call the staff for check in/out, cleaning, store luggage or anything because they dont stay at the reception. Receptionist available by demand

It‘s a big space and restaurants are a walking distance It was a bit noisy due to it located on the main street.Towels are looking tired and needs to be replaced.Upkeep of the property needs to be maintained.Paint are starting to flake.Limited channels - no HBO etc,only local tv channels

Service staff were very prompt in their responses especially Mr Selva Kumar and Mr Khairul. I was so amazed by the compact yet neat and very clean apartment fully equipped with amenities. The shower was such a powerful of hot and cold water so soothing after a long day! Overall had a short but awesome stay! All good!
