Solimar Aquamarine Resort

The buttons for "do not disturb" and "Clean the room" were not working properly, flickering and swiching on and off all the time on their own. But it didn't spoil the general impression.

The food

When we arrived ,there was no one to help with the luggage, and she asked us to bring it ourself ,with baby from the parking it is not ideal,the room first day was not the one we booked in the foto so we had to ask to change it and we went to room next day we expected. Food was not 5 star hotel I would say 3 star level with a lot of cold dishes for example croissants was too dry ,we also booked all inclusive however it was not really all inclusive if you want cappuccino or mohjeto you have to pay ,it is also question to booking.com as it is written all inclusive with no remarks ,and too boring for kids in comparison with 4 star hotel we stayed before .

Everything was perfect!

A small and friendly atmosphere in this hotel due to the hardworking staff. Lovely facilities in our superior suite . Near the beach Roof terrace was lovely to sit at nighttime . The food was rather typically "All-Inclusive " for this size of hotel We paid an extra €700 for branded drinks etc Certain drinks did come at an extra charge however . No animation for children in Sept/October.

Exceptional

I love the ground, the greenery and the fact that it was quiet, peaceful and relaxing Didn't like the food, I stayed 3 nights and 4 days all inclusive, and the food was the same every day. I was also very unhappy with my bed, it was making noise whenever I was on it that was annoying. I booked a swim up pool and was only in it once because it was not clean to my standard

Exceptional

Rooms - large, modern and, above all, clean. We received a room with a view of the pool and the sea, so better than we ordered. A welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise! The food is delicious and varied. Additionally, the hotel's well-kept infrastructure and very nice and helpful staff. We wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely come back ❤️

Peaceful, clean, pleasant. Excellent front desk and restaurant staff Drinks choices, repetitive food choices with little seafood offerings. Cheap meat choices. Very limited snack choices that never varied

Superb

The resort was peaceful, the pool was uncrowded, and the staff were friendly and always willing to assist in any way they could. This hotel is more of a 4-star property than a 5-star resort, even Google lists it as a 4-star hotel. The room we were given was located at the far end of the resort, quite distant from the pool and restaurant. Although the staff offered to relocate us to a closer room the next day, it was inconvenient to pack and move again. The food was mediocre at best, and the only adults-only pool had a uniform depth throughout. Meanwhile, the other pool was designated for toddlers, leaving no suitable option for kids to enjoy, while the nearby beach is not close and you had to cross the road to reach it!

Chilled out all inclusive great for families and couples. Super comfy beds and quiet rooms. Private pools are huge! It was great, my only suggestion would be to jazz up dinner service a little more with themed food nights and entertainment

We booked this hotel for one week with a private swimming pool. The room was excellent, with a very kind cleaning lady who prepared the room and changed towels every day. The breakfast was okay with limited options, lunch was great and dinner was also okay with limited food. The entertainment only the last night live international music was fantastic. Overall, a very comfortable place to relax for a week Entertainment could be better. The all inclusive drinks are limited and could improve.

Amazing

- The superior suite with the private pool was superb! Very spacious, clean, and secluded. - All staff were very polite and willing to assist with everything we requested. Especially Areti and Dina at the reception upgraded our room, arranged a transfer to the beach with a golf kart (500m distance - my wife is pregnant), and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant. - The deserts at the buffet were delicious. - Not enough umbrellas at the main pool area. Residents did not adhere to the hotel rules and left towels for hours to secure umbrellas/sunbeds. Staff did not remove towels as per the hotel rules. Sometimes hard to find umbrellas/sunbeds.

The front desk staff were exceptional, offering excellent service and were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a team that goes above and beyond to accommodate their Guests.
