Great location (though the main entrance, on the riverside, is a bit difficult to find). Professional staff and excellent breakfast, especially the yogurt. My partner loved the slippers provided. There is a convenient exit (and entrance for registered guests) directly to the Korenmarkt. Room is a bit dark (limited lighting in room).

Location was outstanding. It was a bit hard to find where you enter the hotel to check in. However, once checked in the guest entrance was very convenient.

Truly memorable stay thanks to the exceptionally well designed spaces and beyond fabulous service. The Post is ideally situated for exploring Ghent. The entire staff went above and beyond to assist us in coordinating bike rentals, dinner reservations, and seeing the sights. The Cobbler is not to be missed. The expertly crafted cocktails compete with even the most awarded restaurants. The breakfast was lovely.

It would be better if you had a sink where the toilet is

Everything about this hotel is extraordinary-from its architecture (love neo-gothic architecture) and rich history to its beautiful aesthetics and outstanding staff. A great amount of care has gone into every aspect of the interior decor, creating unforgettable atmosphere. And the hallways smelled so good!!! It is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything , location, staff, facilities
-
The building was great. The location was ok, about a 7-minute walk to tram and a 20-minute walk to train, so easy to get anywhere. Staff was terrific. Expensive.
-
The location, friendly staff and atmosphere are super. The hotel was clean. Good shower. Nice cocktails, Modern hotel in a historical building with nice details. High ceilings. The curtains didn't close complete. Small walking space around the bed when suitcase is placed. Please note that bathroom can be upstairs (in the same room). (The toilet was located at the same level as bed.)

This hotel has been designed beautifully with so many special touches. The staff are superior: each one nicer, friendlier and more professional than the next. I can’t wait to return.
-
Very aesthetically pleasing. Rooms well designed and hotel well run. Irish pub across street was very very loud the night we were there. Very loud group signing out front. Hotel had called police about.
-
Location I found the staff, in a writers way, confrontational

This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience—words can’t fully capture it. It’s something you don’t just see, you live. You become part of the history, the scenery, the atmosphere. Just be there… and feel it.
