The location is amazing, the staff was nice and helpful, the view is spectacular. The area outside of it wasn’t my favorite but that’s not the hotels fault, my room had the toilet inside the shower, but it worked out just fine and my friend’s toilet was not in the shower so it’s probably just one or a couple rooms like that

Great restaurant and views of the pyramids

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

The room was VERY dirty, it looked like if no one have been cleaned it. Dust everywhere.

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

Right in front of pyramids & Sphinx! My room didn’t get a view or barely any light from very small window. The cleanliness of the room could be better.

Location. Could see the pyramids front and center from the top deck. Great breakfast!!!!!Friendly staff and safe. They helped us organize a wonderful full guide that helped us to see most Ciro and Giza in two days. They also helped to book a great driver to pick us up from the airport which was so helpful. Need to expect that rooms don’t window that look out on the street (at least our room did not). Felt a little claustrophobic, but just the nature of the design of buildings in Egypt.

Right at the Pyramids/Sphynx Entrance, Like 100ft away. Location is Perfect, Roof top bar for drinks and breakfast. You can watch the light show from your balcony. Bathroom has a Bidet, Fridge in room. Staff was amazing! they speak perfect english, I felt safe here. Lots of beggers and people wanting you to give them money. Kids selling scarfs. Outside of the hotel. Not the hotel`s fault. When I was here, there rebuilding the Light show stage area, might be construction for a couple months.

I loved the location! It was very close to the Pyramids! Unfortunately, local people followed us to our hotel doorstep. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault but we wished they had some sort of Hotel Security to patrol the tourist area a little better. That would’ve been nice but it was ok. Also, my television didn’t work in my room. Just a black screen during my entire stay. I notified the staff at the front desk about it but no one ever came to fix it. Thankfully I was gone the majority of the day so I didn’t need it much but had I wanted to relax more I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy it. The coffee maker in the room was also very dusty so I refrained from using it. Other than that we had a nice visit.

The proximity to the pyramids was really good and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Waking to the view was amazing and the tours the property helped to arrange were good. The property was hard to find with limited signage. The room was OK, the bed was in terrible condition, sinking and uncomfortable. The immediate neighborhood was not great for walking around.

This is a great 'local'-style hotel very close to the Eastern entrance to the Giza pyramids complex - next to the Sphinx. We liked the great location. The rooftop dining is spectacular with the pyramids and Sphinx in the background. The breakfast was above average, with a mix of Western and Middle-eastern options. The staff suggested a Nile cruise for one of the evenings we were there (a good pick, in our opinion). We walked around the area at various times of the day and night, but never felt unsafe. They also held our luggage during one of our excursions.

Location was fantastic The staff very helpful and nice The room was clean and comfortable The quality of the food could be a bit better

Ideal location for enjoying the pyramids. Very nice people. Bathroom. The shower was in middle of room which made everything very wet

The hotel is right next to the Sphinx and one of the entrances to the Giza Pyramid complex. The view of the pyramids and the sphinx from the balcony restaurant is amazing. They also serve proper alcoholic beer at the restaurant, which is a big plus. Food at the restaurant seems much better than the food you get for breakfast. The rooms, unfortunately, don't get any natural light through their windows. If you take a look at the photos of the rooms, they create the impression that there is a big window or a balcony behind the curtains, but the reality is that behind the curtain and the window there is a dark area where the AC unit is mounted and you get 0 natural light from the outside. Sound insulation is non-existent and you hear EVERY SINGLE person that walks outside. You also hear all of the tables and chairs being moved on the rooftop bar. Finally, the breakfast was really disappointing with a lot of the options being leftovers from previous days. It's an open buffet and you pick whatever you want from all the options. Unfortunately we found a rotten egg amongst the good ones, stale donuts among the fresher ones and also some very dried out cheese slices among the good ones. I feel like they don't throw the leftovers and just put them in the menu for the next day.

The hotel has amazing view from the room balcony and rooftop restaurant - it is right next to the Sphinx and Giza Pyramids. The hotel staff was very friendly and they ensured we have everything we need and that we had comfortable stay. They ordered a nice guided tour for us and arranged a shuttle form the airport and back.

The restaurant all the waiters were great and very warm - Salma was good too It was close to the pyramids and the fettuccine Alfredo and the waiters really nice kids

The view from this hotel is the best in Giza. Five star view. Rooftop restaurant was excellent. Alcohol is provided, but separate from restaurant. Apparently, difficult and expensive to get a liquor license in Egypt, so sold by employees. Accommodations are more like a motel, but very clean considering you are in the desert. I wouldn’t consider walking around the hotel at night.

The view from the rooftop is beautiful I can’t think of anything
