The location is unbeatable. The hotel is directly in front of the Pyramids with an incredible view. The staff was friendly and tried to help whenever they could. What I didn’t like: The hotel needs much better maintenance and cleanliness. The toilet in my room leaked dirty water every time it was flushed. I was also disappointed with the Nile cruise they arranged. After I paid, I was told the advertised luxury cruise was no longer available unless I paid an extra $500, and the replacement was much older and not the same quality. I believe guests should receive exactly what is promised.

I loved the view from the balcony, who wouldn’t? It was pure magic. I would love to come back with my friend again and stay longer next time. I would say my only complaint was the horrible noise of moving tables and chairs upstairs, in preparation for breakfast extremely early in the morning. Couldn’t this have been done beforehand in the evening, not when guests are trying to sleep??

Attention for Nadine was the best. She is very friendly and patient. All is great!

Location is very good, food is nice but there was construction every night from 8pm to 6am close by and constant dogs barking so did not get proper sleep. Our stay at this hotel was overshadowed by a deeply disappointing tour experience that we booked directly through them. Ahmed, the tour guide/Egyptologist, was shockingly rude throughout the day. He yelled at us, spoke aggressively, and showed no understanding or patience despite the fact that we were touring with small children. He seemed more focused on taking us to expensive stops rather than providing a proper tour. When we declined, he took us straight to the museum and then left us waiting outside in the heat for 40 minutes with no food stop, which was completely unacceptable given we had young kids with us. If the hotel is going to recommend or arrange tours, they should ensure the guides are professional and treat guests with basic respect. This experience was not worth the money or the stress. We returned to the hotel and immediately requested to cancel the next day’s tour or be provided with a different guide.

The views overlooking the Pyramid was lovely and the fresh falafel for breakfast was really good. It's good location to be able to do pyramids and GEM in one day. There's no elevators so you need to carry luggage up the stairs, the bathroom facilities are a bit dated and parts needed to be repaired. Good for one night but wouldn't stay here for a longer stay

The closeness to the pyramid, view of the pyramid from the terrace and room, and their hospitality The internet could be better

Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. Location was amazing The bedding was a little old and had a tear.

Very good hotel. Clean and cosy. The personel is very kind, especially Ahmad on reception is very helpful. But the best thing for me is a view. It’s amazing! Worth staying. ❤️

location, location, location, breakfast, room size Construction noise

Excellent location. You cannot get any closer to the Sphinx and side entry to the Pyramids grounds. Very good breakfast and the staff was excellent. Kind, friendly, efficient. There is nothing that we didn’t like.

The room had a strange smell but nothing too bad.

View from the terrace They prepared a box breakfast No elevator No liquor
-
Can’t beat the location. Best possible view of the Sphinx and Pyramid complex. It’s a 2 star at best. Many, many items requiring maintenance and not very clean
-
Wonderful location. Fantastic view of pyramids and sphinx from our room. Extremely helpful staff

The location was absolutely phenomenal! Couldn't ask for a better location as we were literally right across the street from the Sphinx gate ticket office. Breakfast was pretty good and had a good selection of food. The 2 terraces the hotel had were amazing. Such a perfect view of the Sphinx and the pyramids. Dinner food at the hotel was good, though they were out of a few things (hummus and pizza). But they did have pizza again a few hours later and the next day. Room was very clean and appeared to have been renovated recently Hotel doesn't have an elevator but they do have staff to help you with your bags. And it's only a few stories anyways. Food service was slow but you have a view to look at anyways while waiting. My biggest complaint was the room was a bit small and tight but we didn't spend much time in the room anyways. Just made it a bit uncomfortable with suitcases on the floor.

The hotel location was good, but the vibes were so off. The quality of breakfast was very low. Limited options. The butter was expired, and the lid of the juice bottles got molds. I usually go around 10.15 am. for breakfast, and the dishes were usually empty at that time despite the time for breakfast was 11am. Even you have to pay for a water bottle in the breakfast. I ordered dinner upon arriving but returned as it was not fresh. The quality of food was ZERO. Now, the lady saff at the reception was full of attitude and had no solution for anything. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Can’t beat the location. Right near the entrance to the pyramids. Great view of the pyramids from the terrace. A lot of businesses less than 100 meters away The food wasn’t that good. Due to the proximity of the businesses you will have to deal with a lot of people trying to sell you something
