Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean We where on the fourth floor and didn’t have much air in the room as velux window was closed shut

Rooms were small and dark, but the beds comfy. There were tv with apps. Clean bathroom with shower - proper water pressure. Great locations with nice cafes nearby! We could leave our baggage after the check out and call taxi very conviniently with just a button at the reception. Breakfast choice was not very limited, but the food was not tasty. Also, once finished, the dish was not replaced on the buffet. We felt that we were late to the breakfast eventhough we were explicitly asked to confirm the time for our breakfast and were there on time... No possibility to make coffie or tea yourself, the machines were to be touched only by the staff (though they were placed at the breakfast hall)

Large, well appointed room that was very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Needed to ask for top ups to the buffet breakfast.

Location to cafes and great restaurants and Kelvingrove museum Linda who served breakfast - she was delightful and an asset to the business. Bed in “honeymoon suite” need replacing - very lumpy.

Exceptional woman on reception. Professional welcoming and so helpful. Booked single room and was very lucky to be given a room with a lateral view of the park and trees over main road but noise not an issue Location excellent with one road over bars shops etc. 30 min walk to station but good bus link. 5 min walk from the wonderful Kelvingrove museum. Also close to transport museum and over the bridge to the Goven stones. Room very clean very comfortable very quiet. Loved the tartan touches curtains chair bed throw etc Very highly recommend.
