I liked the The location and the pictures of the room before I booked it. The pictures looked great but the attention to detail was lacking, had a dirty glass, dirty chair, marks in the headboard and towels, spoke with staff after and got an AI generated response that basically shunned me, no gesture or real apology, the luxury room wasn’t luxury for me.

Beautiful property with a unique feel, I booked a year ago and was not disappointed with the room. The location was great, right in amongst the hustle and bustle of Finneston and a 10mins walk to the Exhibition Centre and train station. Not too far out from the main centre but far enough for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Maybe a fan for hot days? But really couldn’t fault it.

This was an emergency booking - due to a delayed flight, our original hotel fell through. The team at Hilton was amazing in booking the emergency stay and meeting us at 3:30 am. Very pricey! We stayed at the hotel for 8 hours, between flights. Paid 588 euros per room.

Great stay at the Boutique 50 in Glasgow. The location made exploring Glasgow easy. Breakfast was excellent. The staff is polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Only negative is that i wished we had more time in Glasgow.

Our room was very small. We could not even open our suitcases. Although we did not upgrade our room, it was not anything like they showed on their website. I would not stay there again.

Decor and furnishings - staff - Room 1 - breakfast - cool suburb. Not to do with this property but Glasgow council - their parking meters outside B50 and at Kelvingrove Museum (and any council carpark) take coins so bring some- as international visitors, we could not use the app for the meters and ringing their number did not work, either.

Excellent choices loved the fresh fruit No bars in shower

The rooms were decorated and furnished in a colorful, welcoming way. The record players in the rooms were a nice touch. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The bathtub in the bedroom would be fun for a romantic getaway. Our room was heavily perfumed with diffuser sticks that gave me a headache and suggests other smells it may have been covering up. The records that were provided were sadly warped and scratched. The continental breakfast was pretty basic, nothing to get excited about.

The location and size of the hotel was exceptional. I loved the small, unique feel of the hotel. Having breakfast available was also a huge perk since much wasn't open before my conference started. The front desk staff went above and beyond when I had issues, as well. Overall, I have very few complaints and these are stretches. I didn't like that I couldn't plug my converter into the bathroom to use a curling iron (though it turns out the point was moot). I also wished they had offered to at least refresh my room once over the 5 nights.

Great location, well equipped and excellent breakfast.

A lovely, small hotel. Very pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast in a lovely bright room. The bedroom was small but perfect for one person and very comfortable. Plenty of light if needed and lots of power outlets. Low pressure in the bathroom but sufficient for my needs.

It was hidden in plain sight on the outside but had a modern, luxurious and stylish interior on the inside Nothing

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room had lots of extras like snacks and a fan . The sink and shower had some deep cleaning needed also the carpet edges need a good vacuum. Our daughter’s room downstairs had many spider webs. Nothing a good deep cleaning couldn’t fix!

Nice little boutique hotel. We had room #3 facing the street. Quiet nice neighborhood walkable to all west end attractions and half hour walk to downtown. Clean and comfortable beds. We used the record player in the evening. Light snacks at 6pm was nice. John and the staff were very welcoming! Only complaint was the weaker shower pressure than we are normally use to.
