Single basement room, clean tidy and what I'd describe as a bit tired, bath/shower room spotless, single bed comfy tho' sheet had small stain, my only negative comment. As above my only negative comment.

Was greeted nicely. First impressions were, that it was clean. Breakfast was nice last time we stayed . Front door was unlocked even though we came in latish and didn't need a key or disturb staff to get in. Decore and furniture outdated but clean. Could do with double glazing as traffic was loud, I had a headache and needed to sleep when we arrived but traffic was very loud even though I closed windows and curtains. Could do with blackout curtains as was still light in room even though closed and also better quality fabric. Maybe the lights over the beds could have separate switches or a table lamp next to each bed. Didn't have breakfast this time but have stayed before and it was nice.

The location was great. Just in the center of the Western End. Next to the park and nice bars and restaurants. The hotel and the room is very outdated. Everything looked old and over used. Very plain. There is no elevator so it's not really a good option for people with limited mobility.

Still my favourite working hotel.in Glasgow! Great breakfast. Very helpful friendly staff. Can't get a room because I told everyone else how good the place is!
