The location is very close to many attractions in the city and bus stations. Some of the amenities are average or lesser.

Location Noise from the floor above us was very loud and woke us up.

Staff are extremely great and helpful. Location is perfect. Floors are uneven and make a ton of noise as people walk over them. The walls are incredibly thin so you will hear everything going on in the other rooms and in the hallway. Also, not the best if anyone needs a ramp access. There’s a way in from the back, but if the gate is locked, and you’re by yourself, there’s no easy way to get in the property.

The location and the rooms. The £100 deposit seems a bit excessive. Take card details but don’t process. The breakfast both days was cold but when I followed up the hotel did the right thing and gave me 50% of my payment back. That is good customer service

Great area , lovely hotel . Bed was too small , was a double room but had a standard double bed not what we are used to , need updating to all king-size beds for better comfort , not very sound proof either , but on the whole nice place .
