Friendly welcoming staff. Good location, but watch out for the low emissions zone. Directions from motorway are incorrect junction 18 is not in the low emissions zone.

The property was in quite a good location There was a lot of stairs and the floors were lopsided so would be quite dangerous. There was a lack of air conditioning that made the room stuffy, if we were there a week earlier in the heat wave, we might not have been able to stay there!

The service from the moment we arrived was excellent. Terry was incredibly helpful and our room was really airy and comfortable. The only slight complaint was the en suite door was very stiff to close.

The staff was nice, the location was good, the room was quiet and clean except for a few things. Breakfast was very average. We also had a very dirty bed runner. It is quite pricey for what it has to offer.
