Unfortunately wouldn't stay again. Location was fairly close to town centre so that was good. Nice cafe just up the road. Room unlike the photos. Smelled stale, didn't feel the room was clean (dirty walls and door), bed uncomfortable. Furniture very old and breaking/needs replacing.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The location was great with an easy access to the city and west end The rooms were very small... And when later compared, good hotels like the Hilton were cheaper with better services. We asked for an upgrade, and paid £20 extra per night but the room was smaller than the original one. There was barely any space for movement and the beds were uncomfortable as well. There was no wardrobe in the upgraded room and the window was a joke. Needs a lot of upgrading done.

easy to find, friendly and helpful staff very dated but it’s not just that - plain dirty and messy in addition to tired horrible decor. would benefit from basic maintenance. strong smell of cigarettes and bleach everywhere, not sure what is bleached though

The location was good. Had car parking available on the street for a modest fee. Reception staff were very helpful. The shower was very small and not enough room to have a comfortable shower

The place was well situated, 20mn walk from Glasgow central The smell in the bathroom. The bedroom was clean, they need to fix the curtain. The bedsheet really clean but the smell of the product they used to wash the sheet was too strong for me, I couldn't sleep well, I am sensitive to some kind of smell.
