Spacious room with large, comfortable bed. Great breakfast! Location was further away from the train station than I would have preferred.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Good location and relatively quiet given how central it was. Overall a nice stay. Very frustrating that I couldn’t find a staff member when leaving in the morning as I wanted to store my bag with them for a few hours (luggage storage is advertised). I rang the bell a few times and waited at reception for quite a while before giving up and leaving. Also noticed that suitcases were left in the reception area unsecured- I could have just walked away with them (but obviously didn’t)! I didn’t think that was very secure for luggage storage.

Incredible location, were upgraded to slightly bigger room which made it less cramped than it could have been Lots of filthy oil cans around outside basement area, looked grim. Pillows tired and room quite hot in heatwave. No shampoo etc.

It was very cute , and I love the picture’s of the highlands cows. I was disappointed that there was no flat iron , and or toiletries, provided . Even thought it was listed on the website.

Great location in between the city centre and the West End. On the doorstep of Kelvingrove Park. As it was hot, we left our windows open at night. On a few occasions, late night revellers made a bit of noise passing by but it didn't last long thankfully!

Excellent staff member on reception, small but comfortable room with ensuite. Good nights sleep in a very nice location in the west end of the city. Nothing
