Location was walking distance to CBD Interior design was cozy. Room was nice and spacious Excellent, kind and friendly, service and reception Breakfast had limited fruits and juices. Buffet side could use serious improvement, though the eggs ordered were good. Bed was small for such a room Building is dark and not welcoming

I've stayed here 3 times now and every time the staff have been incredible kind and helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Glasgow.
-
the hotel was stylish, well decorated, rooms comfortably outfitted, bathrooms well done, beds comfortable. It was 10 min walk to the train station. Our room was on the first floor facing the Novotel and we could not open the blinds because people walking outside could see inside the room. Ask for a higher floor.

We loved everything about Dakota Glasgow but the staff made our stay memorable and comfortable. They treated us like 5 star hotel guests. The bed was so comfortable and nicely decorated. It was nice to have real coffee pods in the room as well. Loved everything!

Location was OK. Towel bar heat never worked though I did ask. No late checkout was available.
-
Room was great. nice to have a place to sit and not just the bed room dark, would have liked a brighter light in the bathroom and over the coffee/tea area. this would not stop us from staying again

Excellent place to stay in Glasgow
-
New and clean. Large room. Dinner was quite good. Very helpful staff. AC was inadequate. Our wake-up call that we requested (we had mobile phone issues) never came.
-
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Subdued lighting instantly supports a relaxed and calmness in the body. Rooms are cozy and the food at both the bar and restaurant are phenomenal. N/A
