The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is less than 15 minutes from the station. There's a nice bar.

Room had everything needed. Friendly welcome from staff - very attentive and helpful at breakfast and dinner. Parking not included which is a shame - only 25% discount with a partner which is a few blocks and a hill away.

There was confusion on arrival as we had upgraded to a suite but our reservation was showing a standard room however the receptionist was excellent and efficiently sorted it out with the duty manager. Nothing to dislike, everything was great.

The removal of the hotel (at registration time) of daily housekeeping services … room wasn’t cleaned in the three days we were there … had to ask for resupplies like towels, bottled water and teabags. A voucher for a drink at the bar frankly didn’t compensate … your either a customer service establishments or your not (this hotel is firmly on this example not focused on quality and delivering superior standards.

The vibe of the hotel, it was clean and staff were helpful. The room was a little small for the price we paid, if we were staying longer I would have liked a bigger room.
