The room was extremely clean and has a super comfy bed. The shower size is unique and I loved it. Hotel lobby smells amazing and the little welcome gift bag was a super cute idea.

Clean location no vagrants roaming around and good staff Breakfast is alright they microwave sausage hash browns etc but get it needs to be done in a timely manner air frying would be just as quick and taste much better.

the front counter person was extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Very large room no luggage carts what hotel dosent have luggage carts.No bars of soap.tgat was the worst sofa ever, uncomfortable and way too low.

I had a fantastic experience at this property until two days after I checked out and I started getting eight attempted charges on my card for varying amounts. I immediately called and asked to speak to the manager and she had on the phone. She was very rude. She said it was because I had an animal. I told her they knew I had an animal when I checked in and that he was my service animal and she said well it didn’t go through so what’s your problem? Those were her exact words. I will never stay at another best Western again. She was very rude inappropriate and if she had questions, then she should’ve asked at that time.

Seems to be recently remodeled so feels like a new place. Staff does not run away, they actively engage the guest and make you feel welcome and important.
