Great stay had son bday there perfect Love it

Carpet was nasty mattress was stained smell weird hallways were too hot

Clean and comfortable room. Lobby and halls were hot and uncomfortable.

Great place, great breakfast…

The property is getting old. Need to fix a lot of area.

Breakfast was decent, but you can only enjoy it in the dinning area (not your room). The attendant for breakfast was very helpful and displayed GREAT customer service skills!

Really everything was good. I had to bring my dog. It was our first experience in a hotel. The dog didn't do well. We all had no sleep. Not the hotel's fault.

The hotel was HOT in the lobby and the hallways. I had the a/c in the room cranked as low as it could go, but never fully cooled off. Breakfast was very good. Arizona is just too hot this time of year!

Breakfast has been, and continues to be, excellent. Our main server was a young lady named Lulu. She was so disarming and helpful to not just us, but everyone who attended the breakfast.

We always stay in the one bedroom suite, and love the spaciousness of the unit and the furnishings

Property parking lot in the rear had no lighting. Total darkness. Parking lot has lights but most in back were out.

Elevator and carpet need maintenance and repair/replacement

Bed and bath was clean, carpet was dirty. Dirt carpet, sewage smell in hallway, broken door latch, had to prop the door open slightly with the deadbolt to ensure I could get back in.

We've stayed at a lot of LaQuintas and even this one before but this time has soured us on this particular hotel. We parked by the rear door because it was close to the room we were given. It was 116 outside and the key reader at the door didn't work. Fortunately, a guest was walking the hallway and saw us and came to open the door. Bit then our room key didn't work in the room door! Got a new key but the door was extremely hard to open (saw a staff person having difficulty opening another door). Took forever for the AC in the room to get down to temp. Bathtub was slippery.

Samantha was excellent had an extra person and she was very accommodating

Had an issue with a clogged tub but they immediately sent someone to fix it.

Hallway on third floor was dirty, room was clean and comfortable temp in room, especially compared to the hot hallway. I don’t think they had a/c on in the hallway at all. Staff was very kind and attentive. For a La Quinta, the bathroom really needs an upgrade, floor tiles were cracked.

Looking forward to to my next trip soon with La Quinta Inn
