Property was beautiful. Room was clean and smelled good. Staff, specifically Reanna (I think that’s her name), was very kind and professional. We will definitely book again in the future.

The hallway carpet on level 2 was quite dirty, and a long piece of string was on the floor for the 3 days of my stay.

The TV was confusing. AC was off in the room so it took at least half hour to cool down.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet at 10 pm. The breakfast was very good it was like having a full breakfast. If I am in the area again I would stay there again.

The paint job on the accent wall looks like it was done by a finger painting 5 year old. The bathtub fixture was falling off. The sink faucet sprayed the vanity countertop. Breakfast was exactly the same all 3 mornings of my stay. Hotel scrambled eggs. Sausage links and under done potatoes. And they had one of those pancake makers that produced the smallest cakes ever. The trademark cinnamon rolls were delicious. Overall my stay was fine. Just didn't meet the standards of other Holiday Inn Express rooms we have stayed in before

Had multiple issues with the electronic lock before being put into a different room. Staff was helpful to resolve it. Seems as though details while under construction were missed. Doors didnt align, tile work in the bathroomlooked like crap. Just a little shotty

The hotel was under a much needed renovation. First room had no running water for a shower. Moved late in evening. Refrigerator didn’t work. Peeling wall paper. Dingy overall appearance. Wouldn’t let us cancel reservation. DO NOT go there.

My family and I stayed there for a night, and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is conveniently located. It offered a variety of breakfast items, and the cost per night was very reasonable.
