Perfect location. Short 10 minute walk to downtown. And the Gondola is right next door. 5 minute walk to Iron Mountain.
-
Great pool area for kids with a water slide. Game room with pool table
-
Clean nice and fun family oriented and pet too
-
The property is old but its clean. great location and great staff
-
Great location for going to any of the hot springs. Perfect family stay to catch the gondola and go to the adventure park. The pool and game room are awesome for some time in-between local adventures. I have stayed at some of the more historic hotels in the past, but this is now my preferred stay. If you have kids this is where you want to stay.

We enjoyed our stay there! The hot tub in the room was great!
-
Had to pay $10 a night for parking and was not a fan of that especially for Cost of stay…. Would we come back …maybe?
-
The front desk woman was awful, so rude. Our room was dirty, some of the light switches didn't work, the showerhead looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned, there was what looked like mascara on one of the pillow cases as if they weren't washed and there were bugs in the shower.

Todo bien

The breakfast was very basic and with very little options. The pool was nice and the kids had a good time in it. Sorry to say but in all- it was disappointing
-
Great location and the pool was lots of fun!

We expected a lot more from this hotel for the price point. The room was very dated, stains on comforters, very worn. The breakfast was no better than less expensive properties we have stayed at. The pool would be great for younger kids but is not very deep. At the time we were there someone was having a party with drinks and breaking most every rule that helps make a shared space enjoyable. Luckily we were only there for one night. Will say the staff were all very nice and if you want to stay next to adventure park it is the closest place but NOT a walk to hot springs or anything else really.

Water slide was rough, pool was cold. Hot tub didn't work! I was charged resort fees after being told $50.00 charge was a hold for incidentally! I have stayed here before and was very disappointed! The only good thing was location!
