Venue looked NOTHING like picture of reception in photos. The shabby reception area was all blocked out and a self-check in was there. A man came out while I was trying to check in and I tried to understand him - he was sending me to another motel (in Eaglehawk) with little explanation. I didn't even get a chance to check out the rooms...(the other hotel was okay though and the transaction between bookings went smoothly - the man in the other motel was expecting me.)

Quiet, clean and comfortable Shower to tall, and hot water took a little while to heat up,

Cheap and convenient location for a short stay!

Close to where we needed to be. The type of people that were there. Perhaps they take homeless people but some were a bit worrying.

Location was excellent as was parking and the room presentation. Excellent access and security locks to get in and out. Pet friendly which was the highlight of the booking. The owners did consider negotiations on pet pricing with the bendigo shows and this was greatly appreciated. I would recommend and would return next year because of this. Thank you Rm 8 The kettle didn't work and no electric blankets. The weather is 2 degrees and an electric blanket and working kettle were a must pls. Would like a little area to walk up dogs or let them off with fencing would be a perfect addition. $10 a night for pets with the own bedding and crates would be sufficient costs when using accomadation for the Bendigo shows pls.. owners were open to negotiation.

Bed was comfy The constant screaming and fighting and lack of any action from the staff.

It was good value for money and I liked that you used a code to get in and out of room and we were aloud to have our dog inside for an extra fee It was a bit noisy close to main road and neighbours were noisy
-
The room we stayed in the heater sounded like someone was breaking into the room. One side of the bed the electric blanket didn’t work my partner was kind enough to give me the side that works as I have a bad back. The shower has a dip to get into and very claustrophobic even when you get out

Location Handy to Bendigo Road noise loud, could do with better noise insulation
