Chelebi Cave House

Really great to be in a cave hotel. Great roof top.

Location, family room, breakfast, dining area, rooftop seating. Bathrooms are on different levels but remember its built into a cave.

Had a really great experience at the hotel thanks to the amazing staff especially Mr Tahir is help to carry my luggage to my room that is at upstairs and they also helped to bring in my clothes that were drying on the balcony, ensuring didn't get wet. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made the whole stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Truly appreciated their professionalism and warm hospitality—definitely made a difference to the trip! nope

It’s very close to the center of the town as well as trails to the Love Valley, Red and Pink Valley and Zumi Valley trailheads. This family run hotel feels intimate and warm. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great. Great view of the hot air balloons on the rooftop. Can’t think of any

Fantastic history (1000 year old cave room!), friendly and helpful hosts, wonderful breakfast, amazing views from rooftop terrace, parking available (though a little tricky), walkable to excellent shops and restaurants shared parking among several hotels (easy to work around by letting hotel staff know when you plan to arrive/leave by car)

We loved our stay at the Chelebi Cave house. The rooms were so unique, the owners were amazing, kind and helpful with anything we needed. The location was perfect and the views were fabulous. Also, the breakfast was incredible. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing time at Chelebi Cave House. It truly was a home away from home and a highlight of our trip. İsmail and all the staff were warm, helpful and welcoming. They treated us like family and even surprised me with a small cake at breakfast on my birthday. Truly special. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spotless (so clean!), breakfast was delicious and in a spacious bright room with an unreal view of the surroundings. İsmail and his brother helped us arrange airport transport, a private guided tour, haman (Turkish bath) and a visit to a local carpet and ceramic factory. The stone house itself is gorgeous--from the rooftop terrace (where you can watch balloons launch) to the inner courtyard. Location was a short 3-5 min walk to the center of town but far enough that it was peaceful and relaxing. Other spots may have the same views but you won't find one with this much genuine hospitality. That we had to leave!

Chelebi is a beautiful hotel. We got to see the Balloons and the sunrise fr9m the rooftop. It is very close to Goreme's down town, walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. I would like to highlight the support from Tahir even before we arrived. He really made the difference to make our stay in Capadoccia great.

We LOVED all the staff there!!!! The room was absolutely beautiful and unique, really spacious and nothing to complain about. But, what made out stay the best was their staff. From our check in to check out, every single interaction with them was amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful, they truly made us feel like we were at home. Nothing

The hotel was perfectly located in Goreme, close to all the shops and Seten restaurant, which had the best view. Staff was helpful in booking reservations and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop offered magnificent views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. Highly recommend! Only wish every room was a cave room! I think I got confused when I booked the Stone room and thought it was a Cave room for some reason, so I was a little disappointed when we got there. But it was still comfortable.

This is a boutique hotel. The owner Ismael is very attentive. He helped us with booking tours and recommended great restaurants. The place and location is beautiful. They serve a nice breakfast every morning and the place is very clean!

We stayed in a family suite. Loved the space everyone had. Breakfast was spectacular. The steps to the bathroom are a bit tricky but it’s a cave hotel so that’s how it is.

The hospitality was amazing. The staff is great. They made us sandwiches the morning we were leaving for the airport, to take with us! Pieces of the wall (just small particles) would fall off randomly! It’s a cave hotel, so i understand…it wasn’t a big deal really.

Everything was excellent. The brothers who run this hotel are really amazing humans. Nothing was a fuss or issue for them. I stayed with my husband and grandmother for 7 days, and we had impeccable service. The hotel offers top-class breakfast. Each morning, the tables are laid with a full display of turkish breakfast delights. Hot eggs, breads, and many other delicious choices. The rooftop of the hotel offers amazing views over Goreme and is within footsteps from the main streets with many restaurants. All the main attractions are in close proximity, and the panoramic viewpoint over Goreme is also a short walk away. We stayed in a cave suite with the balcony. The room was serviced each day, and our towels were replaced daily. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and very clean with authentic turkish decor. Whilst we stayed at Chelebi, we noticed many tourists wandering into the hotel to take pictures of it because of how beautifully decorated it is. The brothers at the hotel organised our hot air balloon ride at a reasonable price, and we were really looked after. We were offered tea and water free on many occasions. We were helped with our luggage to and from the car. We drove and were also able to park our car free each day with no problems. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return to Cappadocia with my family again. Thank you for all your hospitality. We will miss you guys and we will miss your place.
