Everything was prepared very well, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for tours and food We had to walk about 5 mins to get to the breakfast location as it was not at the same place as the room

We had a very pleasant stay at this good accommodation. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was excellent, just a 1-minute walk to the walking street, which made it very convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

All the facilities were excellent and comfortable. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of Göreme City from the accommodation, and it was very convenient that an iron was available. It would be great to have a wider selection of breakfast options. Since most of the choices are bread, biscuits, and cereal, they may not suit everyone’s preferences. Adding items like noodles, porridge, and a few more chicken dishes would make the breakfast more enjoyable for a wider range of guests.

The place is really, really good and definitely worth the money. The hotel staff were also very nice, especially Muhammed and Lisa. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast, the view, and the room were all amazing. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

The Staff (Lisa and Emre) were super friendly and welcoming, also every problem we had during the stay they helped us right away. The location is another good factor. The blackout of the rooms.

All the staff were so kind and welcoming, especially Puriya and Muhammad. Puriya was super helpful with helping us book daily excursions and the breakfast was nice and fresh each morning. Everything was fantastic! The drains can smell a little after showering so I would recommend a drain cleaner to help with that. But other than that, everything was excellent, the rooms were extremely clean and we appreciated your hospitality!

I found a chair at the shower and putty at the floor. We mentioned it to the staff and ask them to clean it but they didn't. The cleaning lady came only the first day, they didn't come to change the wc bag. And last but not least when we tried the jacuzzi (which was the reason we chose the room) yellow pieces kept coming out from the holes of the jacuzzi and we ended up not using it
