The hotel is very well located. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, even though only one of them spoke a little English. A lovely and unique experience staying in a cave hotel.

It was my second time here and hope not last. Perfect location, beautiful big cave room so even I love big windows this time was nice experience stay in a bit different but such great conditions. Staff very friendly, breakfast good.

Unfortunately, the bathroom in the triple room was unpleasant and uncomfortable. There are was poor lighting, broken equipment, no hooks for clothes, no towel dryer, no bathroom furniture at all. Does not match the photos in the description. As for breakfast, it was pretty basic and the same every day, although the omelette was tasty ;)

Reasonable location, large cave room. The staff were very friendly and helpful Our room had no windows and was very dark. The breakfast was very basic - no coffee (only instant) and small fruit selection. It was saved only by the omelette they offered to cook each morning.

Staff and owner Gazibwere helpful in booking all attractions and airport pick and drop. Breakfast. was fresh and good. Property was maintained clean. Shower in my room. 109 is broken. At this price, ir conditioner was expected in place of fan ... but fan was ok.
