Location , cosy The prices for the different activities were much higher then the other places provide. They are negotiable , but still better to get reasonable prices from the hotel you’re staying

they need to be a little more flexible, the hotel is small, so the more personal and personalized the treatment the better, for example on the day of the balloon, we woke up at 4 am, my wife slept while I went to the cafe, I wanted to bring her something eat in the room, you can't. the other day I asked for a scrambled egg, also can't because they were only serving fried egg.

We had an amazing time in Miras Hotel in Goreme. The hotel is decorated with taste and maintains the exotic look and feel of a cave while containing all the modern luxuries (bed is very comfortable, shower is spacious and with great pressure, hot tub is huge and working). The room is very spacious and d we had our own outdoor sofa and also table and chairs. The views were incredible! Locations was perfect, easy to reach everywhere! The hotel team is great at assisting with tours. I definitely recommend them. I tried searching online and was always getting a much better price from the hotel! I recommend ballon flight and individual combined (red and green) tour. There is also a sunset viewpoint on the hill right behind the hotel, it's worth going, the view is stunning! Breakfast was very tasty and variety of food was great! We had fabulous time and wish we stayed longer than 3 days so that we could spend extra time enjoying the beauty of the hotel.

Breakfast was good. The staff are always ready to assist with anything. Sirkan and Rana was very accommodating, especially making mushrooms for breakfast when we mentioned it. And Rana going the extra mile to get my earrings to me which I forgot there.

It’s amazing place with amazing staff. The location of the hotel is great, next to view point, restaurants and shops, but with good distance from the main street. The staff is really welcoming, warm and helpful. Rooms are very clean, beds comfortable. Breakfasts are tasty and always fresh prepared.It is rather family hotel, everyone is very involved to make your stay exceptionally, especially lady from the reception. I really reccommend this hotel to everyone. The best choice.
