The best thing about this hotel is how friendly and helpful all the staff are. They were always happy to answer our questions. The location is also very convenient, close to the town center. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were especially pleased with the breakfast and the warm hospitality of Ms. Gamze. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. Nothing

The decor, the staff, the pool. The staff helped us arrange transportation and excursions. Nothing that we really didn’t like, but some suggestions for the pool bar to have more items available but to use cups that are non-breakable near the pool.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was awesome. They were just really happy and helpful. Food was good. Advertised as rustic caves however I think it is a bit deceiving. You are not staying in one of the large stone structures, you are staying close to the main business strip and the room is actually underground. The pool was not in good shape. It still might be early in the season however it was just a big green mess

Very clean, great location, and friendly staff willing to help. Plenty of amenities, including coffee and water. The shower had excellent water pressure and a spacious shower room. Great breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more.

Customer service The shower, it was not accessible for taller individuals. We were unable to watch tv. And refrigerator was not cool enough.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The manager was very helpful and responsive before the trip to help us arrange tours. They served breakfast on a terrace with a lovely view. We hope to return again in summer time!
