Walkable and yet in a quieter part of town. We walked to our horseback riding excursion in a few minutes. NA

Particularly wanna say thank you to a very nice, kind and helpful receptionist Behzat, who helped us with everything we asked for. He arranged for us smooth, comfy airport transfer and amazing experience - air ballon flight. It was wonderful staying. We enjoyed a lot.

location is very convenient, lots of restaurants nearby. View is excellent from the rooftop terrace. breakfast is pretty good.Will definitely recommend this hotel.

room was nice, comfy beds, great spacious shower..everything was clean...breakfast was ok, classic offer, it was enough to start a day...no complain on anything regarding the accomodation this doesn't affect my review but I need to say it..and I know that the owner is under any obligation to please us but here is the deal..first day we came around 8am and our departure was few days later at 6am..so I ask the owner if we could have some breakfast because we would not get any on last day, so for him no loss there...it would be human thing to do..long story short, he charge us 30 euros for food and didn't make us some breakfast boxes or anything the last morning..

The property is very nice and centrally located. Just opposite to where the balloon takes off. Breakfast was also nice. Tekin is a very kind person allowed us a late checkout. Also kept our bags without any problem. Will visit again. everything was good

The 3 bed dorm was clean and a very good value for this price. I also very much appreciated the fact that the staff accepted to check me in at 8 am after I arrived by overnight bus! The staff is nice and the hotel is well located, close to the shops and restaurants. Nothing

The bedroom was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable and big. The staff was very polite and friendly. Too many stray dogs outside the hotel.

This hotel is an outstanding value. The staff were excellent and helped me set up a tour, gave me good advice about what to do in town, and sent me a forgotten item when I left. They went above and beyond for me. I loved the view from the dining room on the top floor, particularly in the mornings where you can see most of the hot air balloons in the valley. There was easy access to tons of hiking trails and lots of restaurants. Wifi was good. Sharing the dormitory room is always a bit challenging, but we made it work. I would have liked a real shower in dormitory bathroom and a strong vent. Otherwise, everything was great.

Its location to the center of Göreme - 10 mins walk, and all hiking trails. Beds were clean and comfortable. Things promised but not available: the quadruple room didn’t have terrace with Mountain View. No mini bar. No safe. Only one bathrobe. No iPod dock. Just don’t say what you don’t have or prepare those. Poor breakfast, dried, cooked a while ago, not interesting. Noise from smokers outside front door, and next door stayers’s late night party. Absolutely no soundproof or insulation between rooms, nor windows or floors. No quiet time observed, recommended, or enforced. Our upstairs was the terrace dining area and chairs dragging sound on that floor keeps wakings us up. Who’s there at night? Poor condition of shower and bathroom lights. The shower is missing a knob to change shower heads and modes. Water pressure is a joke, probably changing the shower to massage mode would not work anyway. When the pressure is too low to make other shower modes don’t make sense, disclose the fact in the description. The picture of the shower heads misguide guests in shopping for hotels - cheat! No shower curtain makes the whole space wet. Refrigerator in the room does not cool down. Every evening WiFi goes off or slows down significantly. Offered arrangement of all sorts of tours but no DIY tips are offered. The tour price was higher than that of other tour agencies or ones at the bus terminal. Everything here is barely kept to go on. Many things must tightened up and be improved to justify such a price charged. We didn’t see this mysterious Mustafa and his staff. The staff we met during our stay was dull and unimpressive.

Excellent location. Fabulous staff. Great breakfast. The view of the balloons from the covered verandah in the morning is stunning. Sunrise and sunset stunning. Exceeded our expectations. 5 minute walk to town. We stumbled upon this when we arrived in town and we highly recommend the stay. We had a family room with 3 beds.

Rooms,location Little choice in the breakfast: no fruits, no good coffee..they had only instant coffee, no cereals, muesli. One of the reasons i chose them was also the shower but the one in our room didn't work all the way, only with the shower head..( the one above or the one's down for the massage couldn't be used, the button for it was missing). There was no space to put the shower items, we had to put them on the floor, the draining wasnt that good. Our "view" from the windows was a tree. We could hear the people in other rooms and outside the building. The Wi-Fi a lot of times lost signal even if the modem was in the room.

The lady at the reception desk , as well.as both ladies serving and preparing breakfast, were just wonderful Friendly , helpful , always with a smile ...

All was good..to me

The place was amazing and the staff the sweetest people ever, I recommend completely and would definitely go back!
