The room is smaller in size, but cozy, clean and modern. We received exactly the room we booked, with a beautiful view of the sea. It is an intimate hotel, but very well organized. Despite the late check-in, dinner was waiting for us in the hotel fridge. Fantastic service - smiling, helpful! An additional advantage is the proximity of the hotel beach (the hotel is right next to the beach). We highly recommend it and will come back at the next opportunity ❤️

Thank you to the staff, all very helpful. Nice décor and surrounding in and around the hotel. Great value for money even with no drinks included (half board) if you did buy drinks they were reasonably priced. Water was provided free at all meals and tasted good. soft drinks were provided free at breakfast (half-board). We would definitely book this hotel again. Some of the negative reviews were just inaccurate. In the height of summer (when our group went) the deckchairs by the pool filled up quickly but if they were reserved with towels we just moved these a side until the person reserving returned.

This is NOT a family friendly place. There is no air conditioning in the lobby, reception. Basically no WIFI (even TV channels has a poor lacking signal). The pool is small and there are not enough beach chairs around pool. There is a car wash on the other side of the wall from the pool, and it is noisy when it is working. All day (7 days) same breakfast. If you do not have an all-inclusive option but have chosen breakfast and dinner, ONLY water is available for drinking in the dining hall. No juice, nothing else. If you want juice you pay extra. Like manager says smiling in your face: "This is business". The children were extremely disappointed and this "option" was first time ever seen before. Thanks to the hall attendants who reminded you of this whenever possible as well. In the hotel description, the room has a Standard Room with Garden View...well there is no garden (see picture). In the hotel description, the room is soundproof...there was such a noise from the door of the room that I had to repeatedly check that the door of the hotel room was not open for some reason.

I was on a half board stay, I have to say that both breakfast and dinner were perfect, many choices, everyday we had different dinner choices. animation team was amazing, my kids loved the activities, the music, and all related to animation. we felt that staff was a little bit rude, specially reception staff and one waiter (an old man that was not kind at all). the rest of waiters were very kind

Is close to the beach. very good breakfast. good dinner. kind and helpful staff. we stayed in a room with 4 beds. 2 for kids and 2 for adults although the manager confirmed we will not be getting a room with more beds than people. the gym is old , unequipped and dirty (with dust and sand). it opens at 8 am and closes at 8 pm. the pool also closes around 8 pm you cannot take a swim. the hotel offers very little sun beds as compared to how many people it hosts. the terrace is large but you cannot eat everywhere , only in one part of it. and those tables are mostly for bigger groups. very few parking spaces. and no beach. 4 star hotel and no private beach. the beaches in front are from the tavernas/pubs around the hotel so you have to pay for the sun bed and umbrella. last but not least, the bathroom flooded the rest of the room, as because of poor isolation the shower flooded the rest, it was extremely uncomfortable. overall a good price and quality but not 4 stars. and not standard for 4 stars. i would say somewhere between 2 and 3 stars.
