Best property I ever visited. Food was amazing. Interior was gorgeous. Felt like a German cabin.

Some things didn’t quite make sense… There are no hooks in the suite we stayed in, none gor purses, jackets…etc. The small vanity mirror is glued to the counter, how is it to be used? Also a small tray with the soap also glued to the middle of the vanity… The light switches and electrical plugs were by the bed but very low and difficult to reach.. The bench in the bedroom is very unsafe, could only sit on it in the middle as it tips over…

Excellent location and parking facilities... great kids club. Staff was very friendly and caring! Would go back! ? Very traditional old style hotel... Maybe a few things, interior, could be renovated or swapped, like beds... even though wasn't too bad!

The room was quite old and needed some renovation, but the bright side was the location

The location and the breakfast. The swimming pool if there are no children too. Internet does not work at all!! I complained several times and it was never fixed.

Excellent location on downtown, close to the best restaurants and stores. No need to rent a car, just get an UBER for some attractions if you don’t like walking. WiFi is horrible! I had to use cellular data.

The locations is great! The hotel is in the heart of Gramado. The rooms required a renovation ASAP. No desk or workspace available in the room. Despite of the available room space there is a lack of storage. I think it's overpriced for what is offered. Some hot options from breakfast were dry and cold, like re-heated food.

Perfect location, beautiful interiors, great pool, access to view the Christmas parade. The bed was too hard for my back.

The best Although there was a maintenance being performed at the building, there was no price discount. A family room (2 adults and 2 small kids) was older and uglier than a couple's room but pricy.
