Simple but has everything one would need to snowboard and ski! Fantastic location and amazing breakfast! Super nice staff too A little far from the bus station but totally worth it for it being right on the slopes.

This place has it all - western beds, Onsen, friendly staff? ski in & out and a great breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

Staffs cant speak English. But they are very nice and friendly. They gave us a very good service. Breakfast is delicious! hard to find the parking in winter. please give the clear location about how to go parking in winter!

Simple but nice breakfast; very important before a day of snowboarding. The beds are soft with enough support, duvets and blankets are thick and warm. We all had good night sleeps. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use with clear instructions. Toilets are shared between rooms so it is very important to stay clean, I am glad the staff did an excellent job on that. NO LIFT: We stayed at the top (4th) floor which is a challenge after a long hard day of snowboarding. There is no instruction on how to operate the gas heater. We stayed in room 405 which had 5 beds, those who sleep furthest away from the door and gas heater might felt a little cold in the middle of night.

The location was elite, staff were super lovely and helpful, breaky was a huge variety and delicious, everything was clean and well kept. You can snowboard straight into the accom from the main end of the slope and it’s right between chairlifts, while being close to the main gondola. We got our lift passes through the accom too at a good rate. There’s great restaurants around in walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will be back. -

The location is excellent for skii / snowboard, we can do snowboarding immediately outside the hotel. The only thing we don't like is no private toilet in the room.

It had quite a chilled vibe, was more like a hostel rather than hotel which was fine. Shared toilet and Japanese style bathroom facilities which was as described in the booking but not really my preferred choice (as a shy Brit). Although it was no problem in the end. It was a long uphill walk from the bus station but then ideally located for several slopes, restaurants, bars and ski hire. It also had a large communal space including food making facilities, vending machine and coin operated laundry. The room was warm with a nice view of the slopes. The one member of staff that seemed to be running the operation was helpful. A lift would have been nice, but I was only on the third floor so can't really complain ☺️
